Ms. Seigle s areas of practice include mediation, arbitration, med-arb, training, and dispute resolution system design. She is an Advanced Family Practitioner member of the Association of Conflict Resolution. Ms. Seigle has mediated over seven thousand cases in the areas of: Employment, Medicaid, Fair Housing, Family, Civil, Criminal, and Health Care. Ms. Seigle has designed and implemented many of the current mediation programs operating in North Carolina. Ms. Seigle is currently designing and implementing a medical error settlement program, IACT, within North Carolina. AIDA DOSS HAVEL Aida Doss Havel is a recovering litigator, mediator, and collaborative law attorney. After twenty-five years fighting in court, she now limits her practice to mediation and collaborative law. Aida is a graduate of Davidson College and UNC School of Law, and has a Master s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies. She has designed two mediation programs for the Wake County Family Court System. Aida serves on the IACT Executive Committee and teaches for the IACT Program, which brings collaborative law principles to the medical malpractice field. She speaks and trains extensively on collaborative law and mediation.
