4 About the Seminar Description This seminar is designed to acquaint the practitioner with some of the key nuts and bolts of federal criminal practice with an emphasis on practice in the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. Accreditation It is anticipated that the seminar will be approved for 6.5 total preparatory hours of Minimum Continuing Legal Education by the State Bar of Texas, of which 1 hour will apply to the Ethics/Professional Responsibility requirement.
