Each residency will have different guiding themes including strategic planning, caching and cmmunicatin skills and managing and evaluating quality imprvement initiatives. COURSE CONTENT AND APPROACH This in persn residency will prvide students with the pprtunity t cnnect with faculty and fellw students while engaging in highly interactive experiential and applied learning activities. Thrughut the weekend, students will learn frm faculty members as well as current health sectr leaders. Students will have the chance t apply and practice key skills using interactive, prblem based learning in a challenging but supprtive envirnment. Mdules will typically include an intrductin t the tpic by the instructr(s) as well as grup discussin and breakut exercises (e.g., case studies, simulatins, rle plays, presentatins). Active participatin is an essential aspect f the residency.
