This means that from time to time, we have to cancel a class that does not have enough enrollments. Classes canceled by us are eligible for full refunds and students may always opt to transfer their payment toward another class. Help us avoid cancellations and guarantee your spot register early and register a friend! Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Refunds for cash payments may require up to 30 working days. Authorized Registrants Attendance at/within a Community Services offering is limited to paid/registered students, unless otherwise specifically authorized in the offering description or by the instructor. Instructors and LACC personnel reserve the right to bar/ expel unauthorized persons or guests of registered students. Any person deemed to be disruptive to the class or a safety hazard may be subject to discipline or legal action pursuant to LACC/LACCD rules/regulations. Refunds & Transfers: Choose your classes carefully! All requests for refunds more than two days before the start of class are subject to a $10 cancellation/processing fee. Because enrollment numbers determine whether a class is canceled, there are no refunds for requests made after the 2-day-prior-toclass starting mark. Transfers and credits for future use may be available minus a processing fee at our discretion. There are no refunds for transferred enrollments or credits. 4 No classes Jan 18, Feb 12-15 communityservices.lacitycollege.edu 323.953.4000 ext. 2651 No classes Jan 18, Feb 12-15 communityservices.lacitycollege.edu 323.953.4000 ext. 2651 5
