3 LIFT CONTROL CARDS ARL-500 Functional Programmable Lift Control Card All system parameters can be adjusted by using 6 buttons and an LCD placed on the card; Can be used with any command type up to 48 floors; Can be used at one speed, two speed, speed controlled and hydraulic lifts without any extra parts. System can be selected from the menu; Can be used in group operation up to 8 elevators; All panels in the group are same and no extra panel is needed; Serial communication and pre-wired installation with car and landing modules via CAN BUS; Floor detection is carried out by counter or encoder system. 4 LIFT CONTROL CARDS ARL-300 Functional Programmable Lift Control Card All system parameters can be adjusted by using 4 buttons and an LCD placed on the card; Can be used with any command type up to 24 floors; Can be used at one speed, two speed, speed controlled and hydraulic lifts without any extra parts. System can be selected from the menu; Can be used in group operation up to 4 elevators. All panels in the group are same and no extra panel is needed; Only two cables are needed for group communication; Easily installed and safe detected shaft information gathering system; An error code with its explanation is displayed on the LCD at an abnormal condition. (Ex. H1:Door can not locked); At normal condition the lift can be monitored by messages on the LCD. (Waits for calls, high speed, low speed, inspection); Each floor can be named by an alphanumeric character (L, P, E, F, H, b, o, 0, 1, 2, 3..); 7-segment and signalization outputs are short-circuiting protected. In a short circuit case the concerned output is shut down until problem is removed and a message stating which output is short-circuited is displayed on the LCD. (D segment short-circuited); Only 15 cables are enough for system to work by using serial car connection (FX_SERI) which reduces labor and cable costs; Emergency rescue by 2 pieces of 12V batteries. System can be selected from the menu; Can be used in group operation up to 2 elevators. All panels in the group are same and no extra panel is needed; Only two cables are needed for group communication; Floor detection is carried out by counter system. Only 3 magnetic switches for one speed and 4 for two speed systems including limit switches are used for any number of floors; An error code with its explanation is displayed on the LCD in case of an abnormal condition (e.g.. 6 LIFT CONTROL CARDS ARL-100 Control Card For Simple Systems All system parameters can be adjusted by using 3 buttons and a 7-segment display placed on the card; Can be used with simple push button command type up to 8 floors; Can be used at one speed and two speed lifts without any extra parts. System can be selected from the menu; Floor detection is carried out by counter system. Only 3 magnetic switches for one speed and 4 for two speed systems including limit switches are used for any number of floors; The current floor is displayed on the 7-segment display during normal operation. An error code with its explanation is displayed in case of an abnormal condition; Contains signal inputs for fire, earthquake, overload, full load, car priority switch; and outputs for direction arrows, car illumination, busy, out of service, and automatic door card; All digital and signalization outputs are short-circuiting protected; System consists of only one unit (22 cm x 11 cm); Economical and practical solution for simple systems; Designed according to European Lift Standard EN-81. 21 OTHER PRODUCTS GKS Grey Code Driver Converts counter system data to Binary or Grey code. GEVEZE Voice Announcement System ChatterBox is a floor announcement system designed for elevators. It notifies the name or the number of the current floor with a human voice. It also gives overload and out of service warnings; Grey code, binary code and counter modes are available as input modes; ChatterBox board comes loaded with default messages from the factory. But it can also be customized with the help of a personal computer and the ChatterBox Loader Software.
