3 LIFT CONTROL CARDS ARL-500 Functional Programmable Lift Control Card All system parameters can be adjusted by using buttons and graphic LCD placed on the card; Can be used at any command type up to 48 floors; Can be used at one speed, two speed, speed controlled and hydraulic lifts without any extra parts. System can be selected from the menu; Can be used in group operation; All panels in the group are same and no extra panel is needed. Only thing to do is to set each panel as A, B and C in the program menu; Communication with car and floor panels is achieved via 2 cables. Fast and faultless wiring and reduction in cable cost are supplied by connected cabling; Reads the shaft data from magnetic counter system or encoder. When an encoder is used, braking and stopping adjustment can be made by using the buttons on the card or the buttons on the car panel. Can be used in high speed elevators; Saving errors on system with date and time information enables to track past errors in detail; Automatic door control according to the stops is achieved by double automatic door support; RS-232, RS-485 and 2 CAN BUS serial ports; Monitoring the lift status, giving commands, making adjustments and following errors are possible by a connection to a local computer via RS-232 or to a remote computer using a modem; 5 free inputs, 5 free transistorized outputs and 8 free relay outputs can be programmed and used for special purposes; No need for an external phase protection relay. Complete protection is provided by phase order, phase failure and motor thermistor control placed on the card. 4 LIFT CONTROL CARDS ARL-300 Functional Programmable Lift Control Card Designed according to European electric and hydraulic lifts directive EN81-1/2; Integrated door bridging safety relays for door pre-opening while approaching the floor and re-leveling with open door; Integrated motor-phase protection relay; Integrated automatic door control inputs and outputs; Binary or grey code outputs for LCDs and Dot Matrix Displays; Easily installed and safe detected shaft information gathering system; Can be used at any command type up to 24 floors; Can be used in group operation. All panels in the group are same and no extra panel is needed. Only thing to do is to set each panel as A, B and C in the program menu. Only two cables are needed for group communication; All system parameters can be adjusted by user via buttons and LCD on the card; At normal condition the lift can be monitored by messages on the LCD. (Waits for calls, high speed, low speed, inspection). An error code with its explanation is displayed on the LCD at an abnormal condition. (Ex. H1:Door can not locked); Each floor can be named by an alphanumeric character. (L, P, E, F, H, b, o, 0, 1, 2, 3..); 7-segment and signalization outputs are short-circuiting protected. In a short circuit case the concerned output is shut down until problem is removed and a message stating which output is short-circuited is displayed on the LCD. (D segment short-circuited); Only 15 cables are enough for system to work by using serial car connection (FX_SERI) which reduces labor and cable costs; Emergency lowering with 2 pieces of 12V batteries. ARL-300 Charge Card controls the battery charge; Connection cards, which are used instead of panel terminals, are supplied with flexible parallel connection cables thereby saving extra connection terminals on control panel. 5 LIFT CONTROL CARDS ARL-200S Functional Programmable Lift Control Card All system parameters can be adjusted by using buttons and LCD placed on the card; Can be used at any command type up to 16 floors; Can be used in group operation; All panels in the group are same and no extra panel is needed. Only thing to do is to set each panel as A, B and C in the program menu; Compatible with VVVF drivers; Only two cables are needed for group communication; Floor detection is carried out by counter system. Only 3 magnetic switches for one speed and 4 for two speed systems including limit switches are used for any number of floors; An error code with its explanation is displayed on the LCD in case of an abnormal condition (e.g.. H1:Door can not be locked); At normal condition the lift can be monitored by messages on the LCD (Waits for calls, high speed, low speed, inspection); Each floor can be labeled by an alphanumeric character (L, P, E, F, H, b, o, 0, 1, 2, 3...); 7 Segment and signalization outputs are short-circuiting protected. 6 LIFT CONTROL CARDS ARL-100 Control Card For Simple Systems Economical and practical control card for one / two speed systems up to 8 floors; System consists of only one unit (22 cm x 11 cm); Uses counter system for floor detection; regardless of the number of stops, 3 magnetic shelters in one speed systems, 4 magnetic shelters in two speed systems including limit shelters are adequate; All system parameters can be adjusted by using three buttons and a 7-segment display on the card (number of stops, busy delay, door lock waiting time, existence of an automatic door, maximum travel time between floors, fire alarm parking floor, door close delay, inspection parking floor); The current floor is displayed on the 7-segment display during normal operation. An error code with its explanation is displayed in case of an abnormal condition; Contains signal inputs for fire, earthquake, overload, full load, car priority switch; and outputs for direction arrows, car illumination, busy, out of service, and automatic door card; All digital and signalization outputs are short-circuiting protected; Designed to be compatible with EN-81 European Norm. This card can be easily adapted to old door systems because an encoder is not needed. AUTO_KG Automatic Door Card Used with ARL-200S and ARL-100 control card; Can work with all three phase, single phase and electronic-controlled doors; Has light barrier input, door close input and door limit contact inputs; By using two potentiometers, the duration of light barrier's braking and door-open waiting at the floor can be adjusted. It notifies the name or the number of the current floor with a human voice. It also gives overload and out of service warnings; Grey code, binary code and counter modes are available as input modes; ChatterBox board comes loaded with default messages from the factory.
