2 Start Up Gallery Netcomm, the Italian Consortium of Electronic Commerce, during the italian leading exhibition of the industry, wants to give visibility to 14 new realities that are becoming part of the supply chain. Hence we introduced the Start Up Gallery, an area only dedicated to Start Up companies operating in e-commerce. Will be admitted to the Start Up Gallery only companies with following prerequisites: - That started business no later than 20 May 2012 (2 years); - that have, as business purpose, development, production and marketing of innovative products and services with high technological value; - that not have been formed by a merger, corporate split or as a result of the sale of the business or business unit.

3 The Event The ninth edition of the Netcomm e-commerce Forum will take place on May 20th 2014 at MiCo Gate 14 in Milan. 5 News For the 2014 edition many new feature will be added to the exhibition, alongside the StartUp Gallery we introduced: E-Shop Gallery An interactive exhibition area of the best e-commerce websites to show the visitors the most successful Retailers e-commerce websites. Theatres Two spaces in the exhibition area for the exhibitors that will have the opportunity to present directly to the public at the event. Visitors Selection An control system access that, through the payment of the entrance or the use an invitation code, will improve the quality of the participants, increasing the value of visitors and giving value to the Sponsors and their contents.

7 Dedicated Round table Netcomm will select some of the Start Up Companies which will be invited to take part in a round table to discuss the issues relating to the emerging reality in the field and possible future developments. This round table will be a great opportunity for Brand Visibility.

8 Exhibition Area START UP GALLERY AREA Start Up companies will be assembled in a dedicated exhibition area of mq to meet customers and prospsects.

9 Start Up Gallery The Gallery will have two exhibition space sizes: 4 or 6 sqm The booths include furniture, prefitting and graphic panel with Company Logo

12 Workshop The interested exhibitors of Start Up Gallery will be able to purchase a slot 30 'or 45' of the workshop sessions on the following topics: E-payment Analytics Services Logistics Mobile Marketing Technology Customer experience The sessions will be conducted in different Halls at the same time and will be moderated by specialists in the field. Exhibitors who purchase a workshop, will be able to ask the database of the participants to their Workshop with Name, Last Name, Company, Company Position and address. It should be noted that the list will contain the data of the participants at the Workshop that will authorize the processing of their personal data.

13 Other Forms of Brand Visibility Represented Each Sponsor can purchase extra visibility for other companies or business associates. Each represented company will be entitled to Logo and company profile published on the sponsors webpage; Company page in the Event Guide; Logo on their badges. Hall Banners (available from February 2014) Inside the venue, advertising spaces will be available for purchase for a better brand visibility.

14 Other Visibility Catalogue The Organizer will publish the Official Catalogue of the exhibition, handed for free to each visitor. Forecast printing copies 2014: Each exhibitor, in addition to the complimentary Company Profile, will have the opportunity to purchase extra advertising pages such as: II, III, IV Cover, ADVs, Editorials
