Upon the passing of John McEniry, several days later, a sympathy card was sent to their son Mark. Memorial Service for Mr. & Mrs. McEniry, October 7th. SNAPS: To Bob Seidel for doing all the prep work, Donna Franklin, Susan Dillinger, Joan St. John, who just celebrated her 80th birthday, and Pat Brevoort for painting the fireplace room. PLEASE YOUR NEWS TO: [email protected] COMMITTEES Finance Committee - Ruthann Seidel, Chairperson - consists of 3 directors who shall prepare an estimated annual budget for approval by the membership at the annual meeting. Fiscal year-january 1 to December 31. Auditing Committee - Susan Dillinger, Chairperson - consists of 3 members of the Association who shall audit the books of the Treasurer annually or whenever a Treasurer resigns or leaves office before the end of the term of office. The Auditing Committee shall prepare a financial report that lists all assets and liabilities, gives a description and valuation of real estate, buildings, inventory and personal property as well as a detailed statement of fire and liability insurance.
