As the country s premier industry gathering, we are honoured to again have the official endorsement of the Angolan Ministry of Mineral Resources, Petroleum and Gas, (MIREMPET) alongside the participation of a host of prominent and respected government and industry experts from across the Oil & Gas Industry as well as from many other private sectors. It is a fantastic platform, which has been bringing the Angolan Oil, Gas and Energy Community together. Given the past and ongoing social and economic challenges and issues, this event is hugely important for professionals at all levels to unite and discuss the key topics, which have impacted our market, past, present and future. It will be, undoubtedly, one of the strongest information, technology and data sharing events of the year in Angola. The health, safety and wellbeing of participants is of utmost importance to us and for those joining us in person, the organising committee has worked closely with the venue and the Angolan Ministry of Health to ensure all of the relevant COVID-19 requirements for safely hosting the event are met. Together, we ll be working to keep participants protected and in a safe environment, the details of which have been further outlined in this document. 5 International Travel Requirements Information correct as of October 2021 please check your own national government website for further guidelines. All passengers travelling to Angola are required to have a negative / no t detected result from a pre-departure COVID-19 RT test taken within 72 hours at time of boarding your flight All passengers are required tocomplete an Advance P assenger Information form(frv Form)72 hours before entry to Angola All passengers arriving are required to take a rapid COVID-19 t est immediately on disembarking the plane. This test is currently free o f charge. Those receiving a negative result will be allowed entry but ar e required to undertake compulsory self-quarantine for 10 days befor e undergoing a further COVID-19 test. Passengers receiving a positiv e COVID-19 result will go immediately into mandatory quaran tine at a government facility for observation and further testing All passengers are required to show evidence of negative COVID-19 t est completed 24 hours before departing Angola On 31 August, the Angolan government announced that passengers who can show proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination (ie two doses) and who test negative on disembarkation will be exempt from quarantine on arrival. 7 COVID-19 Precautions The Angola Oil and Gas Service and Technology Conference has been organised in adherence with current government requirements in Angola, including restricted entrance, event team testing, sanitisation facilities and a reduced attendee number in the venue as outlined in further details below. All attendees will be notified via should these requirements change. Following the impositions from the Presidential Decree 241/21 of 30 September 2021, to attend a public event in Angola, all participants are required to present prior to event registration, one of the following: Full vaccination certificate The proof of first dose of the vaccine A negative COVID test taken 7 days prior to the event Participants of the event must be accompanied by a negative COVID-19 test (less than 72 hours) or certificate of vaccination and shown to the hotel team before entering in the premises. In addition, the following safety measures will be adopted at the venue and throughout the event, taking guidance from the event industry s All Secure Standard: Controlled crowd density in accordance with government guidance - all participants must maintain a social distance of 2 meters during the event, coffee breaks and cocktails Minimise face to face contact at registration Eliminating handshakes Clear event flow with additional signage Touchless hand sanitizer stations will be placed at key locations throughout the venue Increased cleaning in high touch point areas within the exhibit halls, meeting spaces and public spaces, carried out during all breaks Cleaning tips to be provided to all exhibitors Handling material between participants is prohibited. Participants must have individual material constantly disinfected. The hotel is not responsible for disinfecting personal belongings Enhanced waste management Daily testing for core staff delivering the event Personal protective equipment Enhanced medical support Updated Emergency Response plans Compulsory face masks to be worn in all social areas of the hotel, except during meals /coffee breaks / cocktails Frequent updating of the event guide Increased signage Public addresses during the show Regular pre-show messaging regarding health and safety measures The organisers reserve the right to deny the entrance to any attendees that do not comply with the above requirements

It would be strongly advised that attendees come early before the Opening Address to ensure that queues are avoided.
