4 Information PIT LANE WALK A walk along the pit lane at dedicated times offers guests the chance to mingle with all the famous faces of Formula 1 (please refer to your schedule for the times each day). This is an amazing opportunity for you to get up close to the team garages, see what goes on behind the scenes, take some photos and see the mechanics prepare the F1 cars. TICKETS You will receive a different pass for each day, which can be used by one (1) guest per day. For example, you could invite one client on the Saturday and another client on the Sunday, but you are NOT allowed to swap any passes within the same day. This is closely monitored by the security staff and passes can be confiscated if they are misused. You will be asked to supply the names of your guests in advance, so that the Suite Manager can keep a record of who is attending. Paddock Club tickets will only be despatched once full payment of your tickets is received. Paddock Club tickets are despatched approximately 7-10 days prior to the Grand Prix. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS There is a good selection of food within the Paddock Club and the catering team provide an excellent service. Should you have any dietary requirements, please inform your waiter/waitress or the chefs at the buffet stations. If you have a very special dietary requirement or a food allergy, please let us know so we can inform the Suite Manager beforehand who will look after you on the day. MINIMUM AGE The minimum age for Paddock Club guests is seven years old. Children clearly under this age will not be allowed access. All persons, including children require an individual ticket to access Paddock Club. Children between seven and eighteen years of age should be supervised at all times by an adult. DRESS CODE Dress etiquette is paramount within the Paddock Club. No jogging or beachwear is permitted. Men must wear long trousers and closed shoes. LUGGAGE Large luggage is not allowed in the Paddock Club. Please leave rucksacks and large bags in the hotel or locked in your car as Paddock Club security is very strict with this rule. ESTABLISHED BUILDINGS - Yacht Club de Monaco At certain Grand Prix events the Formula One Paddock Club is set up in Established Buildings, sometimes with a marquee attached, providing a range of private areas for guests. PIT BUILDING LOUNGE The Pit Building Lounges are a collection of enclosed air-conditioned lounges located directly above the Formula 1 Paddock. They are located above the Formula 1 pits, often one storey higher than the Pit Building Lounges, allowing them privileged views of the pit lane, the main start/finish straight and often the Formula 1 Paddock.
