In case of rejected accreditation, the prepayment is refundable on the written confirmation basis. The client proves the rejection by the written form, issued by the 2015 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Organizing Committee. In this case only, the prepayment becomes nrefundable from March 1 st, Cancellation conditions for groups (3 rooms and more or 6 people or more) and payment conditions for groups (3 rooms and more or 6 people or more) are to be confirmed for every reservation, depending on the hotel conditions at a given time. Pro forma invoices will be issued 14 days before the due date. Prepayment method: bank transfer or credit card. The client is obliged to pay for the invoice within the due date. In the case the entire amount is t paid by the due date, reservation is cancelled. If paying with credit card, the client is obliged to authorize the Accommodation department of 2015 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship to charge the card. Client must send this authorization to the Accommodation department of 2015 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in written. 7

Refunds and claims Refunds against insufficient services rendered by the Accommodation department of 2015 IIHF ice Hockey World Championship must be claimed by client in person. Assessment and settlement of claims with be carried out in accordance with the rates and procedures given by the Czech law. Liability The Accommodation department of 2015 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship may t be held in any way responsible for damage, accidents, losses, delays, default of disruption of the tour by force major or other events beyond the control of the Accommodation department of 2015 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, this applies particularly to programs and other schedules.
