You will need to be scored for Flexi products. 2. You can choose to be billed on the 20th, 25th or the 1st of the next month and allocation of inclusive bundles takes place on the 1st of the next month. For example, for the month of April, a customer is billed on the 25th of March and receives their Voice, Data and SMS on the 1st of April. 3. As a Flexi customer you are billed for your usage in arrears (that is, you use first and pay later). 4. If your SIM was activated during the middle of the month, you will be allocated pro-rata Voice, Data and SMS and you will be charged on your selected debit order date for your pro-rata cost. 5. Connect Flexi Contracts go to (Online Banking) to take up this product.
