This is truly the one account that uses the concept of debt consolidation and offers both debit and credit balance functionality, together with transactional banking. It is no longer necessary to maintain both a current account and a loan account, as the Structured Facility combines these two accounts into one. The defining feature is the ability to hold a single balance at any one time. It is structured around the principle that interest is calculated daily on your outstanding balance, so whenever the outstanding balance on your loan is reduced, you save on interest. High Touch Banking pricing option This pricing option allows you to pay a single fee across your portfolio of accounts, excluding your credit card and business accounts.
