2 It s easy to look after your money using Sweden s most popular Internet bank. You can take care of bank business whenever and wherever you want. This is a brief guide to getting started. Welcome!

3 How to get connected with the bank.! Save the address of Banken via Internet as a bookmark in your computer s web browser: Follow these steps: 1. To reach Banken via Internet, enter the following address in your computer s web browser: 2. Click on Logga in (Log on). 3. Enter your personnummer (Swedish social security number) or organisational number. 4. Select Privat (Private) or Företag (Business). 5. You will receive a verification number that you must enter into your security device. See next page.

4 The security device is your key to the bank! NB For security reasons, the device switches off automatically after one minute. The verification number on the screen is valid for three minutes only. Use the security device to identify yourself to Banken via Internet. It will give you a new, single-use code every time you log on, enter the name of a new recipient, authorise a payment or a transfer. Start the security devise: 1. Press On. 2. Enter your PIN code. The word CHAL will now appear on the display. Using the security device: 3. Enter the digit combination shown on the computer screen. Press On. 4. An 8-digit code will now appear in the window of the security devise. Enter this number, in the box titled Lösenord (Password) or Kod (Code). Click on Logga in (Log on), Lägg till (Add) or Verkställ (Perform), depending on which transaction you want to perform. 5. Turn of the device by pressing the On button. You are now logged on and can perform your bank business. More information about the security devise can be found under Hjälp (Help) on the website and in the instructions that accompany the device.

5 Here is your start page.! NB If you remain inactive on the site for 15 minutes you will be loggaed off for security reasons. The different functions are at the top. Click on the them to reach the service you want. When you arrive: The first page you reach is called Min sida - Medelanden (My page Messages). This is where you will receive personal messages, offers and information. In the list Mina meddelanden (My messages) you will see incoming invoices, wagesinformation and rejected payments. You can change the start page and receive a Financial overview page instead. This will give you an overview of your transaction accounts, credit cards, savings and wages. You will see all the accounts at your disposal. If there is something you don t understand click on Hjälp (Help) and you will reach information about the page you are currently on. This shows new invoices, wages information, payments and unread messages. Click on the instructions to get more detailed information. Click on the underlined heading to reach the full message.

6 Pay your monthly bills whenever you want. The function Betala/Överföra (Pay/Transfer) is one of the most commonly used functions. This is where you can make transfers between accounts, pay your bills, set up a register of recipients and get information about previous payments. You can make payments abroad, and if you rin your own business, this is where you can keep track of wage payments. A) First, create a register of recipients. For security reasons you must begin by establishing a register of recipients of payments. This information is saved. 1. Click on Registrera ny mottagare (Recipient) and select to register either a bank giro or post giro. Enter the number and fetch the name of the recipient. 2. Switch on your security device and enter the final eight digits of the bank giro or post giro. Enter the code displayed on the device in the filed Mata in den svarskod du får från dosan här (Enter received code). 3. Click on Signera (Sign). You have now registered a recipient. You can remove a recipient by highlighting the name and clicking on Ta bort (Remove). Continued on next page.

7 B) How to pay an invoice. C) Sign and confirm the payment.! How to conclude the session: When you have completed your banking business, click on Logga ut (Log out). The session is now concluded and nobody can gain information about your transactions. If you want to do more, just log on again. 1. Select the recipient and the account from which money is to be drawn. Enter the amount. 2. If you wish the invoice to be paid on a specific date, enter this in the Förfallodatum (Due date) field. Leave this field emty if you want to make the payment immediately. 3. Enter the OCR number, which is the identification number for invoices. If there is no OCR number, click on Meddelande (Message) and enter the invoice number or reference number. 4. Click on Registrera (Add) and the payment order will be added to a list at the the page. If you wish to make changes, click on the bank giro or post giro number and it will appear in the registration field again. 1. When you have entered details of all payments, click on Till Signera (Sign). 2. Switch on the security device. Enter the payment total in the device will give you a new code which you should enter in the field. Click on Signera (Sign). 3. You will now see a summary of your payments, those that are awaiting their due date and the date on which money is drawn from your account.

8 Savings. You get a good overview of your savings. You can, amongst other things, buy, sell and change funds and also administer your regular and oneof deposits to your saving saccounts. You can through Spara in the main meny choose to go to a savings overview ( Översikt sparande ). You can make your selection even more specific and for example take a look at your fund savings statement A monthly deposition to a fund account is practical and in the long run often favourable. If the price of securities decline fund shares will be less costly and when prices rise again you will have shares that have been bought at a favourable price level. How to buy funds 1. Choose which fund you would like to buy from the list. Fill in the amount and choose from which account you wish to make the withdrawal. Choose if you want it to be recurrent or a one-of purchase. Fill in the desired date of the transaction. 2. Check the order you have entered and click on OK if it is correct.

9 Investments Banken via Internet gives you an even greater possibility to gather most of your personal economy in one place, given the fact that you can buy and sell securities and track the value and performance of your investments. You can place your order at anytime of the day, and you have access to stockinformation, swedish and international business news and analyses. To register for the investment service ( Värdepapper ) you have to be logged on with the security device and agree to the terms and conditions ( Anmälan värdepapper ) which you find through Spara and Värdepapper. How to place an order 1. Find the security you wish to trade either through company name, stocklist, branchlist or, if you want to sell through Innehav ( My portfolio ). 2. Fill in your order: buy/sell, amount, price limit and time of validity. 3. Click On Handla ( Trade ) and verify your placed order by clicking OK

10 Loans Cards You can apply for all of the most common types of loans offered by Banken via Internet. Fill in your application on screen and send it electronically. Your cards have their own section where you can see when and where you have used them and you can also keep track and transfer money to and from a bank or credit card. This function also gives you an easy and quick way of recieving up-to-date information about your loans, interest rates and mortgage/repayment schedules. Click on the loan you want to get information about. You can for example see when the next payment is due and the sum broken down in amortization and interest.

The digital bank vaults surrounding the computer systems are called firewalls. Conneections between your computer and our web servers are encrypted, so that nobody else can see the information you send to the bank. The personal security device with your own code is a way to guarantee your identity when you log on. When you access the logging-on page where the verification number is presented it is important to log on within three minutes, otherwise you will have to start again with a new verification number. If you are not active on the site for 15 minutes you will be logged out autoatically.
