2 To log in to Premier Online Care as a Corporate Responsibility User (CRU), you first need to register for a Premier account. This guide walks you through the steps of registering yourself using a PIN that is sent as a text message to your wireless device. After you register, you can manage your wireless account based on the permissions set for you by your company administrator. STEP 1: Begin the Registration Process a) In the you receive from your company administrator, click the registration link. That will take you to the Premier login page. b) On the login page, click Register. 2
3 STEP 2: Enter Your Wireless Number a) Enter your AT&T wireless number. b) Select Send my PIN as text message to this wireless device. c) Then click Continue. You ll receive a text message with your Personal Identification Number (PIN). 3
4 STEP 3: Enter Your PIN Enter the PIN you received via text message, and then click Continue. Note: The PIN is case sensitive. 4
5 STEP 4: Enter Login Information To register for Premier Online Care, enter the following information: Username First and last name address Password Secret question and answer Postal address (for security reasons) Then click Continue. 5
6 STEP 5: Terms and Conditions Select the Accept Terms and Conditions checkbox, and then click Continue to complete the registration process. 6
7 STEP 6: Check Your You will see a message to verify your address for security purposes. Click OK to continue your registration process. You will be logged out of Premier. Look for a verification in your inbox. 7
8 STEP 7: Login From Verification In the verification you receive, click Login. After you ve verified your address, you ll have full access to Premier Online Care. Until then, you ll have limited options in Premier Online Care. 8
9 STEP 8: Log In to Premier a) Enter your Username and Password. b) Click Log In. 9
10 STEP 9: Registration and Address Verification Successful You have successfully verified your address and completed your registration. Click Continue to begin using AT&T Premier Online Care. 10
