1 ADP Mobile Solutions: Register to use the ADP Mobile App **NOTE: Registering for an ADP account is only needed if you plan to use the Mobile app. You DO NOT need to register if you DO NOT plan to use the ADP mobile app. You cannot make benefit elections or print a pay statement from the ADP mobile app. The app is a view only tool to see pay check information and current benefit information. Use the single sign on link for ADP if you are NOT a mobile app user. Contact your plant administrator if you are not sure how to access the single sign on link for ADP. This process requires a UFP or personal address. If you currently don t have an address, please set up a personal address before registering (can be a gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc). To Register and access IPAY and Benefits, go to the following Web address At the login screen, click the First Time Users Register Here link STEP 1: Registration Code Enter Unfp-UNFP0107 for the Registration Code STEP 2: Verify Identity Next to Identity Type, click on the drop down box to be sure it says Full SSN before completing the required fields. You must enter your legal first and last name.

2 STEP 3: Create Password Key in a password Key password again in Confirm Password text box. STEP 4: Security Questions Select your questions from the drop-box Type in your answers. STEP 5: Contact Information ( /phone) Enter your addresses (At least 1 address is required). If you have 2 addresses listed, check the radial button for the that will receive messages from the ADP system. Phone numbers are optional. Text messages for password resets can be sent if a mobile number is listed and the Text Enabled box is checked.

3 STEP 6: Activation Code The ADP system will you an Activation notice containing an activation code. You will need the activation code from your to finish Step 6. Enter the activation code from the . When done click Next STEP 7: Review Information Your Userid will be displayed on this page as well. Please write it down for logging in after registration. You will also receive an with your Userid once registration is complete. If anything is incorrect, click on the navigation options at the left of the page or click the Previous button to update. Once all of your information is accurate, click Submit *Note: You will receive a Registration Confirmation . It will contain your adp/portal userid. Click Log In to go the main login page.

4 LOGGING IN (Direct Login) The main login page will appear. Click User Login At the login screen o Enter user name (ie AJones2@Unfp) o Enter your password o Click OK Once you have confirmed that your new password works and that you can log into the ADP portal site, you can now download the mobile app or bookmark the ADP mobile site: ADP Mobile Solutions: Viewing Pay Statements from Your Mobile Phone The following instructions will provide information about first time mobile login and settings options. The mobile app gives you immediate access to view your pay statements. It s available to you from your mobile device, anytime, anywhere! Getting Started 1. You must be using a smart phone with a data plan. 2. You must have a User ID and password from ADP Portal (a newly created portal/ipay user ID and password must wait 24 hours before registering for the mobile application) 3. Access the mobile web application using the following URL from your mobile device browser: For quick access later bookmark this URL on your phone iphone, ipad, ipod touch users may download the ADP Mobile Solutions app from the App Store: 4. Enter your User ID and press Log In.

5 5. Enter your Password and press Log In. 6. First time you log into the ADP Mobile Solutions you will be presented with Terms of Use for review and acceptance. Press Accept. 7. Click Pay to begin viewing pay statements After your initial login, you have the option to log in using your existing ADP Portal password or by establishing a mobile PIN (a 4 to 10 character numeric value). The sign on option is yours. See the next page to change preferences; login using PIN (create PIN) and language. Change Language in Web Application Note: If using mobile app (i.e. iphone), language will follow phone setting. 1. On the main screen, press the settings icon 2. On the settings menu, select International 3. Under International select language desired (i.e., Español) You will see the language change immediately. To get to the main screen, select the Back icon twice Creating a PIN for Log In 1. On the main screen, press the settings icon 2. On the settings menu, select Preferences

6 3. Under Preferences select I want to log in with a PIN 4. Enter a 4 to 10 digit PIN 5. Re-enter the PIN 6. Click Submit IMPORTANT: Do not share your password or PIN with others. Going forward whenever you access ADP Mobile from your mobile device you will be prompted for your User Id and PIN. The login preference can be changed back to Password at any time by going back to Settings > Preferences. Viewing Paychecks 1. Select Pay icon 2. To see detail, click the arrow next to the check date* Use the scroll option on your phone to view detail of the check; earnings by pay type, deductions withheld, and the accounts your wages were deposited to. *Detail is not available for checks prior to 7/13/2012.
