1 The web-based training (WBT) is a detailed training resource on Access Online functions. The WBT includes: Interactive lessons Detailed user guides Quick references Recorded instructor-led classes Interactive simulations Final exam and certification Use the WBT to train yourself on the system and print user guides and quick references to use as your work. You can also bookmark the WBT to access when you need help. Passwords change every two months. Instructions: Log into U.S. Bank Access Online Organization Short Name = UMSYS Page 1

2 Click Training The Web-Based Training Information page will open. Take Note of the Password Information. These passwords change approximately every 60 days. Please use the Commercial Passwords for WBT Training. Page 2

3 Once you have written down the correct password, click the Access Online Web-based Training link. NOTE: Commercial Cardholder = University of Maine System Cardholder and/or Record Keeper Commercial PA = University of Maine System Access Online Program Administrator Commercial Approver = University of Maine System Approval Manager Page 3

4 Now, you are on the WBT site. This is a totally separate site from the transaction management site. Thus, this site does not know your username and/or password from the transaction management site. You have the option to do a Quick Login and enter only the WBT password. The Quick Login allows you access to all materials, however, your information will not be saved. It is recommended that you register a new account to create a learning plan and become certified. Page 4

5 New users need to register in order to participate in the certification process. To register, click the Register Now! Link. Registered users log in by typing their address, personal password and current WBT password and clicking Go! Registered users can click the Forgot your password? Link to use the WBT authentication to reset their personal WBT passwords. Page 5

6 New users will then need to complete the Registration form. User Type: University of Maine System Cardholder: Select Commercial Cardholder University of Maine System Approver Manager: Select Commercial Approver Click Register Page 6

7 After clicking Register, you are taken back to the WBT log-in webpage. Enter in your address Enter in your personal password (Remember this password is maintained separately from the transaction management website) Enter the WBT password Click Go! Page 7

8 You can build a learning plan by logging in as registered user, selecting resources (e.g., lessons, guides). A learning plan lets you keep track of your progress. You can also click a topic link and the immediately open a resource (e.g., a quick reference) to get a quick answer. Instructions: Click a Question Mark icon to learn more about a topic. Open a topic link to select training resources from each tab. Click a topic link to select training resources from each tab. Page 8

9 Select training resources from each of the tabs. When you are done, click Finish and Go to My Learning Plan Your selected lessons, classes, and simulations display. Open a topic area to see them listed. Your selected user guide and quick references will also display. Click Start Training to begin the lessons. Page 9

10 After you complete a lesson, it displays here and you can select it as a certification topic. Click Go to Certification to take the exam. Page 10
