4 Venue Mercure Brandon Hall Hotel & Spa Warwickshire is located in the village of Brandon, set in beautiful countryside and peaceful surroundings. Both the hotel and village are of considerable historical importance as in ancient times the area was a place of some note. Today the hotel is situated in the grounds of what is known as Brandon Manor - in fact, contrary to popular belief, the present main house is not Brandon Manor House, which in fact was built in 1300 on the site of the large car park, adjoining the modern-day leisure club, Spa Naturel. Today's main house was a later addition, built in the 17th century, and known as the Shooting Lodge. From the very moment you arrive, you can feel confident it's the ultimate setting for your precious day and that every detail from your wedding breakfast through to your evening reception, will be taken care of. And of course, all our wedding packages have been carefully designed with you in mind. After all, your wedding day is the most important day of your life and we want you to enjoy every second of it.

We will help you organise your wedding day with the minimum of fuss and maximum enjoyment - from the early booking of photographers, musicians and florists, to organising menus, toasts and even family members.

8 Packages Our wedding packages have been designed to cater for a variety of function styles and personal tastes. However, we understand that one size does not fit all so please discuss your individual requirements with us so we can tailor a package to suit precisely. Whether you are thinking of an intimate gathering for under 50 guests, or a more extravagant affair for all your family and friends, we will look after every detail, from your wedding breakfast to your evening reception.

9 Grand Affair based on a minimum of 50 guests Prices are based on a Saturday event June to September April and May, October to December January to March 2014 June to September April and May, October to December January to March 2015 June to September April and May, October to December January to March per person per person per person per person per person per person per person per person per person Sunday to Friday weddings For weddings taking place from Sunday to Friday a discount will apply (this may exclude bank holidays and festive periods). Minimum numbers apply to certain rooms and, dependent on final numbers, a room hire charge may be incurred. VAT rate The above rates are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Should VAT rates change, the hotel reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly. Intimate affair: Room hire from Red carpet on arrival Master of Ceremonies White table linen and napkins Pre-set bespoke wedding breakfast menu from Cake stand and knife Evening buffet from Discounted bedroom rates for your wedding guests Drinks, wine and entertainment requirements will be charged as taken Booking Conditions An initial deposit of 500 is required within 14 days of a date being provisionally held. A further deposit of 25% of the estimated wedding value is due 12 months before or immediately if this date has already passed. A further payment of 25% of the estimated wedding value is due 6 months before or immediately if this date has already passed. Final payment for the balance is due 1 month prior to the wedding date with final numbers. All payments made are non-refundable.

12 Ceremonies Whether you are planning a traditional Church Service, Civil Ceremony, or Civil Partnership, all our suites exude elegance and glamour. The Brandon Suite combines tradition with its period features and direct access to the gardens, and provides an idyllic setting for a sumptuous wedding breakfast. The Woodland Suite with a modern twist provides a spacious and contemporary reception room, ideal for larger parties. Our Beech and Wolston Suite is perfect for an intimate wedding celebration with traditional features and working fireplace with views of our beautiful gardens. If you have a theme or colour scheme in mind for your wedding day, we will be happy to bring your inspiration to life. We also have our own beautiful selection of themes, and we can dress your suite with table runners and chair covers to add a touch of style and sophistication. We always try to use produce from sustainable sources and the provenance and traceability of our food is vitally important to us. For any additional evening guests, or if you are planning an intimate event with under 50 guests, the evening buffet is charged at for 2013 and for 2014 and includes a delicious selection of side dishes and mini desserts along with six items chosen from the list below. 21 Accommodation Every one of the 120 ensuite bedrooms at the hotel provides the comfort and style your wedding guests deserve. Specifically discounted accommodation rates will be arranged to make their stay even more special. These preferential rates can also be extended prior to and after your wedding day, for those quests wishing to take advantage of a longer stay. Of course, for the Bride & Groom, we offer a complimentary executive room as part of our larger wedding package. You may wish to upgrade to our Bridal Suite which features a four-poster bed.
