2 No more software to download Reportng as you go... anytme, anywhere, by any member of your team CCLI has launched a new Onlne Reportng process whch replaces the old CopyReport4 software and booklets. Reportng s a requrement for all CCLI lcence holders. Onlne Reportng makes ths easy to do from any computer or moble devce. Vst and follow ths gude to get started. You should now report songs each tme you reproduce them, and update your report on a regular bass, deally weekly, rather than at the end of your lcence perod. Ths gude s desgned to take you through the process, but you ll fnd more comprehensve nstructons, help-gudes and FAQs on the Onlne Reportng webste tself. Thank you for reportng. It s a vtal part of beng a lcence holder. Wthout your reports we wouldn t be able to farly apporton royaltes to the creators and owners of the songs you reproduce.

3 Gettng started CREATE A USER ACCOUNT Vst and clck on Create Your Profle. LINK YOUR ACCOUNT TO YOUR CHURCH/ORGANISATION The frst tme you sgn n you ll be asked to lnk your account to your church/organsaton. To do ths you ll need your Access Code whch can be found on the back of your lcence certfcate. Enter ths code exactly as t appears. (You ll only need ths code once) ADD OTHER USERS If you re the frst person to be lnked to your church/organsaton, you ll automatcally become an Account Admnstrator. Ths means you can add other team members as Users who wll then be able to sgn n and report whenever they need to. You can also assgn someone else to be the Account Admnstrator or have more than one Account Admnstrator. Clck Admn from the Menu to admnster your account. An emal wll be sent to anyone you nvte to be a User wth nstructons for how to sgn n and where to fnd the onlne help-gudes. 4 Reportng a song (Church Copyrght Lcence (CCL)) Unlke the old CopyReport, wth Onlne Reportng you should report the reproducton of songs under the CCL on a regular bass, deally weekly. You can share ths task by addng anyone who reproduces songs n your church as a User and askng them to report whenever they reproduce songs. 1 On the SEARCH & REPORT page enter the ttle of the frst song you wsh to report and clck or press [Enter] on your keyboard. If you ve reported the song before you can also clck t from the Recently Reported lst or clck Reportng Actvty to see a lst of all the songs your church has prevously reported. 2 Fnd the correct song from the results and clck Report Song If you can t fnd your song, let us know usng the orange Can t fnd your song? button at the bottom of ths page. Note: If you re not sure whether you ve found the rght song, clck the symbol for more nformaton about the song. You ll now have the opton to report the song under the CCL (see followng pages)... To return to the SEARCH & REPORT page at any tme, clck the CCLI logo n the top left corner.

5 Reportng reproductons under the CCL Here you tell us f you ve reproduced the song under any of the three reportng categores (Prnt, Dgtal, Translaton). Note: You wll not be able to report for a Publc Doman ( PD ) song. Please report once for each occason on whch a song was reproduced, not how many copes of a song were made. You can fnd out more about what each category covers by clckng on ts symbol or from the Bref Gude below. To fnsh reportng the song clck Add to Report If you re reportng on a regular bass, the numbers you enter here wll be added to the total reproductons of that song n the current reportng perod. To report another song smply type the ttle nto the search box at the top-centre of the page. You can return to the SEARCH & REPORT page at any tme by clckng the CCLI logo n the top left corner.

6 A bref gude to CCL categores REPORTING UNDER THE CCL Report once for each occason on whch a song was reproduced, not how many copes of a song were made Report Prnt When you have reproduced a song usng a prnted, coped or handwrtten source (e.g. servce sheets or transparences) or when you have made a custom muscal arrangement where no publshed verson s avalable Report Dgtal When you project a song usng Powerpont or projecton software, or electroncally share (e.g. by emal) song lyrcs that you have typed n or cut and pasted from elsewhere Report Translate When you make a translaton of a song nto a dfferent language (where no exstng translaton s avalable) More comprehensve detals and examples for the new CCL categores can be found on the Onlne Reportng webste.

7 Revewng your reportng actvty You can revew and edt your recent reportng actvty by clckng Reportng Actvty. You ll see a lst of your most recently reported songs. To vew the actvty for a partcular song, clck to the left of the song ttle. If you edt the actvty aganst a song, fnsh by clckng Add CCL Actvty Report your next song To report another song smply type the ttle nto the search box at the top of the page and clck press [Enter] on your keyboard. or You can return to the Home page at any tme by clckng the CCLI logo n the top left corner.
