MT s lookng for a Drector as the Chef Executve of the nsttute who s to provde academc leadershp and effcent admnstraton of the nsttute under overall gudance of hghly dstngushed Board of Governors. The canddate s expected to be an emnent academcan n management educaton and should have demonstrated academc admnstraton experence. Applcatons are nvted from dstngushed professonals and academc admnstrators wth at least 15 years teachng research experence. They should have been a full Professor at a reputed nsttuton for at least 7 years and have as well at least 5 years of experence n admnstratve areas. They should have experence of nsttuton-buldng and be passonate about buldng a premer nsttuton that reflects the talent, energy and potental of an emergent nda. The applcants should have outstandng academc credentals ncludng a Ph.D Degree from a reputed nsttuton wth Frst Class degree ether at Bachelor' s and Master' s levels. The Drector wll be apponted after obtanng the approval of the Appontments Commttee of Cabnet (ACC) based on the recommendatons made by a Search-cum-Selecton Commttee (SCSC). The SCSC wll consder applcatons fulfllng the above crtera, receved n response to ths advertsement as well as nomnatons receved from emnent persons n the feld of management management educaton. Selected canddates shall have a contractual tenure of appontment for fve years or untl attanng the age of superannuaton of 65 years, whchever s earler.
