From that pont, the person takes care of the ssue and updates the system whch n turn sends updated emal to the end-user who submtted the tcket. Ths system s a way of trackng the tcket request at the same tme ensurng that the tckets are handled n a tmely manner. DDOT TMC Operators use CapTOP to record and manage traffc ncdents. DDOT traffc operaton manager uses CapTOP to montor the real-tme traffc stuaton and ncdent status. The PROMPT applcaton was created to provde a complete database of actve, closed and proposed DDOT projects. Usng a smple ntutve user nterface project managers are able to update general project nformaton and vew relevant fnancal data from SOAR, PASS, PeopleSoft and FMIS n a sngle locaton wthout the need to go nto each fnancal system ndvdually. StormTrak takes the work out of calculatng how many employees worked, or whch contractor should be pad, when you are gettng low on salt and abrasves and how often your fleet breaks down under stress.
