2 -A Scavenger Hunt for College Students 2015 Event Sponsorship Proposal The Finders Keepers Scavenger Hunt is an exciting and challenging hunt involving students who search their campus to solve cryptic clues that lead to hidden treasures. Prizes include: gift certificates, coupons and gas cards. It is a fantastic, fun and unique event that brings together students and faculty to learn about the history of their campus while helping students win some awesome prizes. The clues will lead to prizes that will be hidden at locations that have a significant history to their campus. This event will also offer an opportunity for businesses to increase their marketing on college campuses through the sponsored prizes. Attached to the prizes will be flyers marketing the sponsored company s business along with instructions for the winners to post a picture of their gift on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook and hash tag the name of the business. Our aim is to make the Finders Keepers Scavenger Hunt a well-recognized college campus event. Creating a door for businesses to market their brand in schools around the country. Our goal is to create an exciting activity that helps build a tangible relationship between businesses and college and university students. LifeTriage would like to invite you to join with us by sponsoring the prizes for the Finders Keepers Scavenger Hunt 2015.
3 Event Details: Event Date: October 11 th, 2015 Location: Oakwood University Times: 11am 1pm Participants: College days students (700 high school students) Scope: Minimum of 20 Prizes given away Scavenger Hunt Objective: Creating a door for businesses to market their brand in schools around the country and increase interest in their business Media Coverage: posters, print, internet, social media and PR campaign Benefits: We are committed to working with our sponsors to ensure your individual business objectives are met. 4 -A Scavenger Hunt for College Students Sponsor Package In working with LifeTriage, by either purchasing a Finders Keepers Sponsorship Program or by donating Treasures (vouchers/coupons/products) for participants to find in our upcoming Finders Keepers event, your company gains both exposure and increased traffic. And these aren t just buzzwords; we consider it our responsibility to ensure that you see these benefits. LifeTriage is committed to supporting local businesses by incentivizing students and other professionals to visit and invest in your company. Additionally, LifeTriage is dedicated to seeing that your donations reach potential customers, with no less than 80% of your donations going to either prizes or scavenger hunt operational costs. Package 1 $250 (This sponsorship package can be supplemented with the contribution of up to two hundred dollars ($200) worth of vouchers, coupons, or physical products, or with any combination thereof, where the worth of vouchers and coupons are determined by face value and the worth of products is determined by suggested retail value). - Package One Donors Receive: - Your company will be able to set up a booth at the event to promote your business to participants. - Your company will be highlighted via an or text sent to scavenger hunt participants or in person at event, as well as via thank you postings on the social media pages of hosting schools (where agreed to), and with a prominently placed acknowledgement to our minimum of 5000 followers (a figure that is rapidly growing) on our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
5 - - Your company name will be highlighted on the LifeTriage Newsletter and back linked to your respective website or online site (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube). The LifeTriage Newsletter asks to support participating businesses. - Your company will be highlighted in a promotional video, which will focus on your company for up to 10 seconds, and which will be shared with our followers on our social media platforms and with our scavenger Hunt participants. - - Your company will have the opportunity to opt in to direct traffic, Scavenger Hunt tie ins and promotions, the details of which can be discussed in detail if this opportunity interests you. - - Your company will have the option to supply coupons, vouchers, and other Package 2 $150 (This sponsorship package can be supplemented with the contribution of up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) worth of vouchers, coupons, or physical products, or with any combination thereof, where the worth of vouchers and coupons are determined by face value and the worth of products is determined by suggested retail value). - Package Two Donors Receive: Your company name will be highlighted on the LifeTriage Newsletter and back linked to your respective website or online site (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube). The LifeTriage Newsletter asks to support participating businesses. - Your company will have the option to supply coupons, vouchers, and other Package 3 $50 (This sponsorship package can be supplemented entirely with the contribution of up to fifty dollars ($50) worth of vouchers, coupons, or physical products, or with any combination thereof, where the worth of vouchers and coupons are determined by face value and the worth of products is determined by suggested retail value).
