This is the fourth year for this event sponsored by the Delta Association of Realtors Community Service Foundation. Proceeds from this fundraiser are used to support East Contra Costa County food banks, shelters and the funding of college scholarships at our local high schools. The event is to be held at Liberty High School in Brentwood on Sunday, September 21st, 2014 from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. There are 2 available positions displayed at one time. If more than 2 positions are required, logos will rotate. Level II - $350 Your company logo and link to appear in Footer position on our web page; This position repeats on all pages of our web site. There are 4 available positions displayed at one time. 3 NEW THIS YEAR Booth Space: All Level I sponsors and those with In Kind/Service donations with a value of $500 and above are entitled to a 10 x 10 booth space on the sports stadium center football/track field. One table and 2 chairs will be provided. All other Level sponsors and In Kind/Service donations with a value below $500 are entitled to a 10 x 10 booth space at the entrance of the sports stadium. One table and 2 chairs will be provided. At this time it is uncertain if there will be electricity available. Please contact Trish (925) to confirm.

FUNDRAISING Contributions are deductible only to the extent that they are gifts and no consideration is received in return. Depending on the circumstances, ticket purchases and similar payments in conjunction with fundraising events may not qualify as fully deductible contributions. CONTRIBUTIONS OF $250 OR MORE Donors must have written substantiation from the charity for any charitable contribution of $250 or more. It is the donor s responsibility to obtain written substantiation. The donor is responsible for the valuation of donated property.
