4 WELCOME TO THE TURNER VALLEY GOLF CLUB! The Turner Valley Golf Club dates back to 1930, when it was created by the employees of Royalite Oil, the company that was responsible for the development of local oil reserves. Originally a 9- hole course with sand greens, the Turner Valley Golf Club now boasts an 18-hole layout that spans between 4227 and 6856 yards, depending on which of the 6 tee options you choose to fit your game. The course is characterized by its challenging and tree-lined fairways with small, well protected greens, all amongst breathtaking views in the shadows of the Rocky Mountains. Our club offers a full service Pro Shop, featuring all the latest in hard goods and the newest fashions in merchandise. Our Pro Shop team will provide you with excellent customer service and product knowledge. We also house a fully licensed Restaurant and Outdoor Patio with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. 5 TOURNAMENT FORMATS Consecutive Tee Times: Arranged to start at 8 minute intervals. Full Shotgun: All golfers start at the same time. This permits everyone to finish at the same time. Maximum 144 players. Modified Shotgun: Golfers start and finish at the same times while not needing the required 120 guests for a full shotgun. (AM start only) This option is ideal for approximately 72 players or less.

8 CLUB POLICIES Dress Code Men - A collared shirt (mock necks and turtle necks ok) is required. Jeans may be worn, but must not be torn or dirty. Shorts must be a tailored short of reasonable length, no sweat shorts, sweat pants or cutoffs. No hiking boots, cowboy boots, or metal spiked shoes. In an effort to maximize enjoyment for all players, each group must keep up to the group in front of them. Golf is a 4 hour game. Any groups not keeping the pace may be asked to skip a hole. Alcohol, Food & Beverage As per ALGC liquor laws, the Turner Valley Golf Club must be the sole supplier of all food & beverage items. Players bringing their own alcohol are violating these liquor laws and will be asked to leave. Coolers are not permitted. Power Carts The renter and/or group organizer, is responsible for any and all damage to the cart. Rental Clubs Rental clubs are available in both right and left hand. Any player losing or breaking a club will be held financially responsible. Spikes Turner Valley Golf Club is a non-metal spike facility. These policies are in effect to make the day enjoyable for everyone. Be courteous of your fellow players and have a great day!

9 MENU Breakfast Options Turner Breakfast Buffet Assorted fruit juices, fresh fruits, freshly baked muffins, seasoned scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage served with freshly brewed coffee & tea. Continental Breakfast Buffet Assorted fruit juices, fresh fruit, freshly baked muffins, with butter and preserves served with freshly brewed coffee & tea. Sunrise To-Go Breakfast Breakfast-on-a-bun served with coffee and tea.

10 MENU Dinner/Lunch Options Tournament BBQ Cheeseburger or bratwurst and a beverage (beer or 500mL pop or water). BBQ Beef on a Bun Beef on a bun served with fries salad and dessert. Boxed Lunch Wrapped sandwich, bottled pop or water, bag of chips or a cookie. After Golf Patio BBQ Burgers, hot dogs & all the fixings! With your choice of two sides and desserts. Roast Beef Buffet Carved slow roasted Alberta beef or pan roasted chicken breast, dinner buns and butter, 1 starch, 1 vegetable, 2 salads and a selection of desserts. *Prime rib or chicken & ribs substitute (add $6.00 surcharge)

11 MENU Other Options Grazing Appetizer Option add $6.00 surcharge This option shortens the day considerably and maximizes networking. Appetizer Stations are set up in the banquet room that encourage movement around the room and increase interaction between staff and clients. Food is available immediately as golfers are coming off the course and prize presentations can happen as soon as the last group comes off the course. 14 TOURNAMENT AGREEMENT Terms & Conditions: The tournament organizer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any damage to the golf course, golf carts, clubhouse, or any other part of the facility. The tournament will proceed as scheduled unless the Superintendent of the Turner Valley Golf Club deems the golf course unplayable. If the course is unplayable, the event will proceed, and players will be provided with a green fee (with cart) voucher to be used during the 2015 golf season. Pro Shop credit must be used on in-stock merchandise. Turner Valley Golf Club is the sole supplier of all food & beverage items. An initial deposit of $ will reserve your date. A payment schedule will be issued following date reservation. Final number of players must be confirmed in writing ( ) 15 days prior to the tournament date. 15 days prior to the tournament date, you will be charged100% of tournament package charge based on confirmed numbers. INITIAL X CANCELLATION POLICY 30 days or more, full refund days before, loss of deposit. Any cancellations after 15 days before the tournament will be subject to the full fee. No shows on the tournament date are also subject to the full fee.
