1 OWASSO Conference Center

2 The primary purpose of Tulsa Tech s Owasso Conference Center is to provide students in our hospitality programs with workplace experience. We also encourage the use of the facility by outside groups to promote student involvement with various educational, business, community, and organizational meetings. Tulsa Tech s Owasso Campus is a state-of-the-art, 256,000 square feet energy efficient facility with classrooms, laboratories, which includes a 51,000 square feet Conference Center for public use and student-training. The Conference Center offers seven meeting rooms with seating availability for small groups up to large groups of 950. This offering accommodates a variety of events, including business meetings, seminars and job fairs. Each room is equipped with the most innovative technical equipment which includes projectors, projection screens, and sound system. Business Center The Conference Center has a designated Business Center for attendees when needed to conduct business away from the office. Services are based on the job size with limited copying and faxing available. Parking There is ample parking for events on campus grounds. Culinary Demonstration Kitchen The Owasso Campus demonstration kitchen is the center of applied learning for Tulsa Tech s Culinary Arts Program. The kitchen can be reserved for commercial and professional culinary presentations by special arrangement with Tulsa Tech around scheduled classroom activities for such events as: Cooking videos/demonstrations Cooking classes Culinary special events The demonstration kitchen has twenty-two (22) lounge seats with writing desks and nine (9) counter stools at the kitchen island. Pre-Function Space Our spacious pre-function area features an open floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows that will surely leave a memorable first impression with your event guests. The pre-function areas have 120 VAC power supplied by four receptacles in one location at 10 intervals along the walls. Shipping/Receiving The Conference Center has four loading areas with three (3) dock bays, one (1) with direct access ramp to the Post Oak and Sycamore Rooms. Shipping materials to Tulsa Tech before an event must have prior approval so that deliveries will be accepted. Once approved, detailed instructions for shipping to Tulsa Tech will be provided. Materials shipped back to the customer after events are the responsibility of the customer. Tulsa Tech accepts no responsibility for receiving, holding, or returning customer packages shipped to the district facility.

3 Meeting Room Characteristics Extra Large Meeting Room -- Post Oak Room The Conference Center Post Oak Room is 10,805 square feet of carpeted meeting space for banquets and conferences seating up to 850. Stage: 52 L x 8 W Two (2) built-in drink stations, one (1) buffet serving station Double entry doors to meeting rooms measure 9 in height and open up to 6 wide Ceiling heights are 22. Available ceiling hanging points that can hold up to 2,000 lbs. maximum live load per attachment Convenient power access with three (3) 208V / 3 phase, 4 wire receptacle rated at 100 amps each Nine (9) wall pockets on the perimeter and six (6) floor pockets near the center of the room One (1) vertical lift door 12 W x 16 H off loading dock to allow for large items brought into meeting space Large Meeting Room -- Sycamore Room The Sycamore Room has 5,473 square feet of carpeted meeting space for banquets and seating up to 300. Stage: 42 L x 8 W Two (2) 9 H x 16 W Projection Screens Two (2) built-in drink stations, one (1) buffet serving station Double entry doors to meeting rooms measure 9 in height and open up to 6 wide Ceiling heights are 22. 5 Amenities Meeting Room services include room set-up, audio visual equipment, internet connections, video conferencing, complimentary water, and personalized meeting hosting. A ten (10) day notice prior to the event date is required for room setup. Audio/Visual services are provided by Tulsa Tech personnel who will supervise all A/V setups. The rooms are equipped with podiums connected to projectors, screens, a computer and a sound system. The following devices are included in all rooms: Laptop - VGA with 1/8 audio jack, HDMI Blue-Ray Player Apple Airplay (4 rooms) DVD Player CD Music Player Document Camera (5 Rooms) Video Conferencing in 1 Room Host Services are included with room rental. We will actively supervise events and offer personalized service. Organizational representatives must check in with a Tulsa Tech employee upon arrival. Compliance with scheduled arrival and departure times is required to allow other groups time to prepare for meetings, classes, and training.
