The device is battery operated and can hold approximately 400 leads before needing to be synchronized. A lanyard is provided for wearing the portable scanner during the event. SDS will attempt to notify exhibitor one (1) time in their booth regarding equipment not picked up. There are no refunds for equipment ordered and not picked up. SDS provides onsite customer service and technical support for the duration of the event. At the end of the event, leads are delivered via secure web site in Microsoft Excel format within one (1) business day of the close of the event. You can place your order using the following methods: Online Place your order online by visiting our Online Order Form. If you are specifying qualifiers, please also or fax page 5 (make sure your company name is on the document). Our fax server is secure and faxed are never printed. We offer three methods of payments; credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal and company check. You can also mail the Order Form with your check payment. What is the Order Deadline? There is no order deadline we accept orders up to the day before the event and you can even place your order onsite with our staff starting May 10, For onsite orders, there is a small fee to cover onsite processing and you should arrange to bring a check in advance or you can use a credit card. We do recommend you order in advance to save time at the event. Once onsite, all exhibitors that pre-ordered will be given priority handling to ensure they get their equipment before the show begins. All onsite orders are on a first-come, first-serve basis. To receive ADVANCED SHOW PRICING, you must PLACE your order on or before April 10, To receive STANDARD SHOW PRICING, you must PLACE order between April 11, 2015 and April 24, Any orders placed after April 24, 2015 will be charged ONSITE SHOW PRICING. You can still elect to pay for your order at any time, even onsite. I normally rent a printer is that feature not available? Many exhibitors are used to lead retrieval systems that print receipts after each attendee is scanned. These older style systems print receipts because that is the only way to take notes handwritten notes on a piece of paper. Our system uses a Handheld PDA that allows you to capture notes, qualifiers and survey response on the device, so technically no printer is needed. If you do need your leads printed, you can stop by our service desk and our staff can print your leads at no additional cost. Can I order more than one scanner for my booth? Absolutely! Our system automatically date and time stamps each lead, plus it marks the name of the device that recorded the lead. Additional scanners are available at a substantial discount and the multi-device discount applies to all equipment rented.

4 LEAD MANAGEMENT FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS PAGE 4 OF 5 Do I need electricity in my booth to support your system? Our ECONOMY and models are battery operated and fully portable. Do I need Internet access in my booth to support your system? Our ECONOMY and models do not require Internet access. Our model and MOBILE APP will use an available Wi-Fi connection to upload scanned leads to our EXHIBITOR PORTAL. Since our MOBILE APP is installed on your device, it can also take advantage of 3G/4G connectivity to the Internet. Where do I pickup my scanner at the show? Our service counter will be located in the Exhibit Hall on the Purple Level look for signs for Lead Retrieval Services. Our staff will be available from May 10, 2015 until the end of the event. You should stop at our service desk to sign the authorization forms, get trained and pickup your scanner before the start of the show. We provide one-on-one training at pickup time and continuous technical support throughout the duration of the event. What happens if I do not pickup my scanner? If you have not picked up your scanner prior to the start of the event, we will make one attempt to come to your booth to notify you that your scanner needs to be picked up. We do not deliver scanners to working booths, since you must sign forms and get trained on the equipment. It is not possible to be properly trained in your booth, where you will be busy with your sales efforts. There are no refunds for equipment ordered and not picked up. What kind of information will I receive in my lead report? You receive full contact information, including name, company, title, address, phone, fax (optional) and address. At some events, addresses are provided based on an opt-in policy, so you may not get addresses for all of your leads. Can I print my leads? We have since discontinued offering lead receipt printers with our devices, since so few exhibitors actually rented the printers. Since the data is stored electronically, the need for immediate printing is eliminated. If you do need to print out information regarding a lead, simply stop by our service desk anytime during the event for a printed report. How soon will I get my leads? You will have your leads within one (1) business day of the close of the event, typically by 11:00 AM ET the next business day after the show closes. All leads are uploaded to our secure web site where you can access them via your supplied User ID and Password. Once you login, you can download your leads in Microsoft Excel format. When you drop-off your scanner at the end of the event, we will process your leads and create your instruction form for accessing the WEB DOWNLOAD site. Still have questions? Our STANDARD PDA model supports the use of qualifiers to help categorize leads according to their product needs, services required and how they should be processed post-event. Qualifiers are a powerful tool for responding with the proper information to leads you gather at an event. We provide you with ten (10) Standard Qualifiers (see list below). You can have a total of forty (40) qualifiers. You can mix-and-match the Standard Qualifiers with your Custom Qualifiers. Or, you can create just Custom Qualifiers. Each qualifier can be a maximum of twenty-five (25) characters and will be abbreviated if necessary to meet these requirements. Please use the Number (#) column to specify the sort order for your qualifiers (if not specified, they will be sorted alphabetically). If you want to group related qualifiers, use a common phrase to start each group member. For example, PRODUCT-ABC, PRODUCT-XYZ, SERVICE-ABC, SERVICE-XYZ.
