3 Features of the App Activity Feed Schedule My Schedule This feature will show your personal schedule, as assigned by tracks. See the full event schedule This feature will show your personal schedule, as assigned by tracks. Attendees Search and scroll through an attendee list to locate attendee details and contact them via messaging Speakers Get informed about the speakers and read their bios Sponsors Find out more about the Key partners and Sponsors Messaging Contact other event participants and receive messages using In-App Messaging v Card Scanner Quickly exchange contacts with others (without carrying around a stack of business cards) Info Booth Find out everything you need to know about the event in one convenient location

6 User Tips - Schedule Full Day Schedule at your Fingertips! - All full and side event sessions are stated once you click into Schedule. - You will be able to find out on details of each sessions including time and session room. - Documents for each session will be included as well, however it will only be uploaded daily after end of all sessions. * subject to consent from speakers

7 User Tips - My Schedule To Manage Your Sessions - You are able to manage sessions you have registered into My Schedule - Select your sessions from Schedule - You will find a + icon on top right of window - Click on + icon and you may select between: Add to My Schedule Your sessions will be displayed within My Schedule Add to Calendar You may set a reminder before session starts - In My Schedule, you will be able to add your sessions to your calendar by clicking on the + icon on top right of your window.

8 User Tips - My Briefcase To Store Documents - Documents from speakers will be uploaded in each track session from Schedule. - Click into Schedule icon and select which track session you want. - Click on Documents and select desired documents you want to save. - When document is displayed on screen, click on the + icon on top right of window - You will be notified before saving documents within My Briefcase - On My Briefcase, you will see an icon on top right of window where you may your documents to counterparts or yourself. - You may also find documents stored within Documents icon. * Documents from each sessions will be uploaded daily after end of all sessions.

9 User Tips - Quick Meetings Arrange Short Meetings for Discussions - You may arrange for meetings with delegates from GIFF 2014 Mobile App. - Click into Quick Meetings, you will find a figure icon on top right of window. - Click into figure icon and you will find a page to fill in details of your meeting. - Click on Add Attendee and select delegates you want to invite. - Your meeting will display in My Schedule. - Fix a meeting with your fellow delegates and speakers. Book your meeting room through our Help Desk at the Ground Floor Registration Counter.

10 User Tips - My Profile Edit Your Personal Profile - Your details will be displayed in My Profile icon - You will find a camera icon within your profile where you can upload your own profile photos. - You are able to make changes to your details and customised your privacy settings

11 User Tips - Gallery To Upload Photos - To upload photos into GIFF 2014 mobile app, click into Gallery icon, and you will find a small camera icon on top right of window. - After clicking on camera icon, you may choose between 2 options: Take Photo To take photo from your phone and upload instantly Choose Existing Photo To select from your photo album and upload - Photos uploaded will be featured within Activity Feed as well * All photos uploaded are subject to administrator s approval
