Are you planning a career in hospitality management and would you like to gain a variety of skills and know-how from international partners and practical experiences? This unique programme will offer you an attractive possibility to travel, study and work in various countries in Europe to acquire the international competencies for today s global hotel business. The European Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality Management is a chance and opportunity to make you stand out from the rest. The three-year undergraduate course is managed by the renowned University of Brighton, UK, that specialises in hospitality management. The ANGELL Akademie Freiburg cooperates with other international hospitality schools/partners who provide the opportunities to study and work abroad. Within your studies at AN- GELL, we will ensure that your internships and practical experiences are as meaningful and rewarding as possible. As part of the course structure it is essential that you study in at least three different European countries. During the international programme, a three-month and six-months internship is compulsory for your succession. First semester: Freiburg Within your semester/s of study at ANGELL Akademie Freiburg you will be taught entirely in English as this is a mandatory requirement for the course. Afterwards, in the second year, you will have the choice between studying at the École de Savignac in France and Wittenborg University in the Netherlands. You will spend the fifth semester of your studies at the University of Brighton, Eastbourne, where you attend classes in hospitality management and strategy. If you had a memorable experience at ANGELL you may decide to return to our campus to complete your sixth semester (Dissertation Semester) with us. Within and amongst your studies, we are building your competencies, skills and knowledge to prepare you for the international hospitality business. In addition, we will assist you in enhancing your personal, intercultural and social competencies for your future career plans. If you would like to continue to broaden your academic horizon, there is the possibility to enroll onto one of our master s courses on our ANGELL campus. In my position as Assistant General Manager I am able to apply and utilise all the academic knowledge I have acquired during my Euro BA studies at ANGELL Akademie Freiburg. I learnt a lot about different sectors of the hospitality industry and what managing a hotel really means. My studies have definitely helped me to pursue and realise my career goals. It boasts a mild Mediterranean climate with over hours of sunshine annually. With its palm and oleander trees in the idyllic old part of town, Freiburg is not only Germany s number one lifestyle and leisure city but also one of the most popular destinations for studying in this country. The contemporary campus of ANGELL Akademie Freiburg with m² of teaching space is located in the very heart of the city. Next to the Dreisam river our students are taught in modern lecture rooms that are fully equipped with the latest technology.
