2 AVELING As we make our way into 2015 we see a mixed industrial environment. Some organisations are flourishing and finding new opportunities, while others are being challenged by changes in technology, buying behaviour or competition from overseas. At times like these organisations begin looking to their people to help them pull through and thrive in a landscape that demands new ideas and new approaches. At AVELING we strongly believe that organisational best practice starts with a safety leadership culture. We believe that businesses find opportunities, efficiencies and sustainability through safe work practices. For this reason we have incorporated safety into each of our flagship courses. At AVELING we know that building a safety culture means educating, training and equipping everyone, at every level to ensure that they are empowered to work and behave safely. At AVELING our approach to building a sustainable safety culture has stayed the same since our establishment in 1996: We deliver relevant and practical training that is in keeping with industry best practice We actively engage participants in face to face, elearning or a blended settings, in a professional, positive and open learning environment We provide the highest level of customer service to our participants and sponsoring organisations We develop innovative and effective strategies to assist clients in creating and maintaining a compliant, capable and motivated workforce In 2015 we will continue our commitment to both safety leadership and our approach to effective learning.
