What is Slurp? Slurp is an easy- to- use and customizable cloud- based point- of- sale (POS) system for F&B retail businesses. Slurp helps retailers run their business better. Wait staff no longer have to worry about transferring customer order information from paper into the computer as the process is done electronically right from the beginning, via an ipad or a smartphone app. Information about menu items and their pricing, employee time cards, customer bills and others are stored in a secure repository on the cloud and accessible by authorized users at anytime and anywhere. It is customizable and installed on an ipad. It offers users the following capabilities: Menu Manage content related to menu such as availability and pricing. Staff Manage employee check in and checkout times. Customer Communications Build a better customer relationship through implementation of loyalty programs, targeted promotions and vouchers. Slurp Cloud Slurp Cloud is an information repository and POS management system portal for Slurp s subscribers. It provides authorized users with access to analytical reports derived from data from a synchronized POS system and a dashboard where users can manage feature settings and more. Slurp Cloud is suitable for single or multi- location F&B outlets. Users can access Slurp Cloud via any web browser using any computing device at anytime and anywhere. Slurp ordering system app The user app also known as Slurp lets customers place orders directly from their table, make a special request of their food and drinks through a Modifier feature and request a bill at any restaurant or cafes using Slurp POS system. Slurp user app is free for customers and it is available for download for smartphones running Android and ios. Waiter app Used by wait staff, this app allows them to receive and manage orders from customers. Our experience at Terato has contributed towards making Slurp a reality today. Zara Aida Razali, co- founder and chief operating officer Zara began her career in tech as an electrical engineer with Motorola Malaysia. Her interest in Apple technology has convinced her to join Terato Tech in 2009 as a product developer when the Company has just started to use Apple SDK for mobile apps development. As Head of Enterprise App Development at Terato Tech, Zara is responsible for developing apps which have reached millions of Malaysians. She has attended the Apple WWDC twice in 2010 and Zara graduated with a Bachelor in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering (Hons.) from Monash University. Calvin Tam, co- founder and product lead Calvin started out learning technology with Microsoft QuickBASIC while he was at a primary school and progressed into web development during his secondary school years. Since his first year in college, Calvin has been interested in Apple technology which took him into experimenting iphone apps. He later landed a first permanent job as an ios developer at Terato Tech in Calvin is passionate about transforming existing restaurant management systems into much more efficient and Slurp helps pave the way. 3

4 Reza Razali, director Reza started coding at the age seven, he began reading Fortune and Forbes at twelve, he co- founded the widely popular Malaysian teen portal terato.com at the age of 17, and he started Terato Tech at 25. Terato now has grown its team of two at the beginning to a forty people at this time.
