1 KETTERING EACCOUNTS WEB PORTAL HELP SHEET Kettering eaccounts solution builds in the convenience for students and employees to manage their BJ Bucks, Meal Plan or Kettering Cash accounts. eaccounts features include the ability to view your balance, transaction history, manage security, download monthly payments or instantly add funds using a major credit card anytime, anywhere! Additionally, eaccounts Guest feature allows family members to add funds directly to a student s BJ Bucks account using the student s Kettering ID number. Begin by accessing the eaccounts Web Portal login screen at 2. Select your Kettering Service Portal User Type by selecting Student or Employee from the drop-down menu. 3. 2 How to Deposit Money in your Kettering Account 1. Select the +Add Money link under the appropriate account for which you would like to make a deposit. 2. On the Make Account Deposit screen, enter the Deposit Amount and select Next. 3. On the eaccounts Deposit Credit Card Information screen, enter your payment and billing information. 3 Under the 4. On the Deposit Confirmation screen, confirm the information is correct and select Make Deposit to confirm and process the transaction. 5. Once the transaction is complete, the Receipt for Account Deposit confirmation screen will appear. Under the Save Payment Method section, you have the option to Save this payment method for future use by selecting the check box and select Save. Important Note: In order to use the eaccounts mobile app deposit feature, you must save your payment method information. 4 Guest Login to Make a Deposit in a Student s Account Family members can make deposits into a student s BJ Bucks account. You will need to obtain the following information for a successful account transaction: Student s full name (first, middle and last). Student s Kettering address Kettering Student ID number 1. Begin by accessing the eaccounts Web Portal login screen at 2. Select Make a guest deposit button. 3. Enter the student s information and select the Contribute button. 5 4. Under the Deposit Information section, select the BJ Bucks account. 5. Enter the amount you wish to deposit in the account and select the Next button. 6. On the eaccounts Deposit Credit Card Information screen, enter your payment and billing information. 7. After you have read the Terms and Conditions select the checkbox and select Submit. 8. Once the transaction is complete, the Receipt for Account Deposit confirmation screen will appear. Questions?
