8 Availability TomTom WEBFLEET Mobile will be available: Launch date: 1st of September 2011; Available in both Apple App Store and Android Market; Compatibility: iphone: ios 3.2 and higher (ipad in iphone compatibility mode) Android: Android 1.6 and higher (98.7% of the android market) Please note that in order to be able to use the TomTom WEBFLEET Mobile app one needs to be a TomTom Business Solutions customer with an existing WEBFLEET account. Without an account the App does not work.

9 Functionality overview Vehicles Check the location and status of individual and groups of vehicles; See where they re headed and the ETA for reaching their destination. Trips View the trip data, by date, for a single vehicle or the entire fleet; Check the start and finish points, the journey duration and the distance travelled. Orders View the order in progress by a selected vehicle; See the location of the vehicle handling the order, including estimate time of arrival. Messages View order, text and status messages in a simple overview to keep yourself up to speed; Send text messages straight to the driver s TomTom device. Notifications Get instant alerts when a vehicle is inside or outside a nominated geozone; Able to receive automatic notifications for change of order status.
