2 Two Posting Options LOCAL POSTING Have your position posted to the HBA Career Center on the HBA website and HB Facebook page Access to over 2400 resumes from the HBA resume database NETWORK POSTING Post your position to the HBA Career Center AND all relevant associations in the NHCN network Access to nearly 100,000 resumes from the HBA resume database AND the NHCN network database 2

3 What is the NHCN? The National Healthcare Career Network (NHCN) is an online recruitment network of over 220 leading healthcare associations. HBA s alliance with the NHCN is designed to: Position the Healthcare Businesswomen s Association as the go-to resource for jobs and professionals within our specific niche Increases HBA employer satisfaction Attracts both healthcare and non-healthcare professionals to the industry Give employers and recruiters a one-stop-shop to find targeted and quality candidates Ability to know exactly where your postings are broadcast before you purchase or post 3 g

5 Network Posting Option Posting to the National Healthcare Career Network not only posts your job to the HBA Career Center, but it will also distribute your position to other relevant associations in the network based on your job description I had limited success using other Internet sites to advertise open positions. I found it much easier to fill positions through the network. 6 HBA Network Wizard The Network WIZARD allows employers and recruiters to see where your job may be distributed BEFORE purchasing a package; providing a clear understanding of where the job is actually going. 6

7 HBA Network Wizard The following screen appears after clicking on the Network WIZARD icon from the Products & Rates page Once an employer enters a job title, selects the relevant discipline, enters a series of keywords, and clicks on the Find Sites button, the system will generate a list of sites where the posting will appear as pictured in the next slide. The best way to know where your job will appear is by pasting your entire job description in box #3. 7
