Each job seeker is scored, matched and ranked against job posts based on their: Career Preference What are they looking for. Career Experience What have they done. 3 JOB SEEKERS Q. How do you get noticed by employers in a talent pool full of other job seekers? A. Prove what you can do against the employers job needs The Benefits With you will be able to: Promote yourself to employers based on your ability Save your time and effort by connect with employers for jobs that match your needs and ability Get noticed by employers quicker Identify your developmental needs to get the job you want. Job Seeker - On-line and Print CV Job Seekers have both an on- line profile which is used to rate and score their job matches, and a printable CV they can download for distribution. Their CV includes a QR code, their test scores, personal and work details and job preference. 1. Job Seeker Details - The job seekers skills and abilities, education, qualifications, work history and career values are added to their cv. 2. QR Code - Job seekers cv will have a unique QR code which provides a link back to their on line profile. 3. Job Preferences - Job Seekers job preferences are listed on their cv. 4. Test Scores - Job Seekers can select which tests scores they want to display on their cv. 2
4 Job Seeker - Take Skills Tests Skills Tests are the backbone of the site and allow job seekers to be able to demonstrate their ability to employers. Each skills test completed and the test scores will contribute towards the job seekers job match scores. Job seekers can select from both free and paid for tests; as well as single and bundle tests. Once completed they are given an option to share the test scores, this will post their test scores onto their on-line profile and printable CV. 1. Test Score Comparison - Compare your scores against other job seekers 2. Share test Results Job - Seekers can choose to share their test results onto their cv. Job Seeker - View Job Post Job posts are matched and rated to the job seekers unique profile. Each job post provides a view of the company and job details, recommended skills tests and minimum scores for connections. Jobs are listed according to the highest job match score. Each job post view will identify how each job meets the job seekers needs and abilities, they will also help to identify additional job requirements (for example training or experience) needed to connect with the jobs they want. 1. Job Specs View - Gives a quick view of the job specifications. 2. Job Match Score - Identifies the job match score of the job seeker against the job post. 3. Recommended Tests - Displays the skills tests identified by the employer required in order to be eligible to connect for the job post. 4. Job Description - Provides information about the job. 5. Quick Link buttons - Provide quick access to the testing area and send connection requests to employers. 3
5 EMPLOYERS/ RECRUITERS Q. How do you save time and money attracting and selecting the right talent to interview? A. Test, compare and rank job seekers against your job needs The Benefits With you will be able to: Save time and money Test candidates against your own business standards Select the right skilled candidates for interview who meet/ exceed your job requirements Interview for attitude because you already know their skill Employer Home page From the Home page employers are able to get a high level view of their site. The home page provides access to the core features of the site including links to post jobs, view connection requests from job seekers and quick links to view job matches. 1. Job Post Details - Live job posts are displayed on your home page. 2. Free Job Post - Indicates number of free job posts left. 3. New Connections - New connection requests from job seekers are displayed on the home page 4. My Connections - Indicates when a connection request for jobs has been made from a job seeker. 5. Quick Links - Provide quick access to edit and view the job post and to find staff by running a job match. 4
6 Post a Job The Job post allows the employer to identify the essential information for their job needs. Each job post allows you to customise the job requirements according to your different job needs; meaning each job match will target job seekers based on their job match score for that job. Job post includes options to add skills tests as well as identify minimum job match scores to allow connection requests. 1. Job Details - Identify the essential details of the job. These also contribute towards the job match score. 2. Minimum Requirements - Employers can select a minimum score that job seekers must meet before they can send connection requests. 3. Select Tests - Employers are able to identify bundle or single tests that job seekers are required to complete as part of the job matching process View Job Matches Once the job is posted the platform will match, score and rate job seekers to the job requirements; results are dynamic meaning that as the Job seekers details are updated so to is their job match score. You can concentrate your search on most recent candidates, linked candidates or you can extend your search to the whole database. 1. Job Match Preview - Gives a quick view of the job match score for each job seeker. 2. Candidate View - Job seekers are grouped and listed allowing employers to better manage the connection and shortlisting process. 3. Job Match Score - Job seekers details are matched and ranked according to their job match score. 4. Quick Links - Provide quick access to edit, remove or mark the job as filled 5
7 Job Match CV Each candidate s on-line/ print profile provides the job seekers details as well as a specific breakdown of the job match score, against the employers job needs as well as the scores of each of the recommended tests. 1. Job Post Summary - Job post details are added to each CV for easy reference. 2. Job Match Score - The right hand column of the CV indicates the job seekers job match score against the job needs. 3. Job Match Criteria - provides a more thorough breakdown of the job seekers job match results. 4. Job Seeker Details - Each CV provides the job seekers personal, work and education details. 5. CV Test Scores - The Employers Print CV view indicates each job Seekers test scores as required in the job posts. 6
