8 Organization Setup in Taleo Single Sign On Region, Location, Division, and Department (Spend some time here defining Locations, Divisions, Departments) Regions (if you have multiple locations) Locations (If you have more than one location you recruit jobs for. Requisitions pull form Locations in Organization) Divisions (have good definition of Divisions, helps when you start setting up Employees and Users) Departments (spend time here, define for Employees and Users)

14 Recruitment - Candidates We spent some time here to customize the data fields More Candidate Information needed- Contractors Hourly Pay, Work Schedule, Notice Needed, Availability to start, etc. We added a Skills Matrix area (Oracle Apps, Technical, Functional, %, Primary and Secondary Skills (this section is searchable, helps find resources quickly that have been identified as experts)

15 Recruitment - Requisitions Minor Customizations Location was our biggest hurdle for contract positions. We have created 2 workarounds: 1. other then can fill in a text box, but other is not searchable on the web. 2. Add location as Client Location / Atlanta in Locations in Organization. Candidate can see it s our client location and not our Company location.
