14 Assumptions and dependencies Assumptions The implementation is based on public cloud deployment model Single sign on is not included Project team training- only train the trainer sessions would be give, end user training is not included Data extraction from source HRIS is not included in the scope Project execution will happen via Onsite Offshore model Go live will happen immediately after production configuration and warranty period starts with go live No Upgrade would happen during implementation Implementation would be executed using two instances i.e. staging and production only Dependencies Clients stakeholders are available during the project schedule Change management will be clients responsibility Acquiring appropriate product subscriptions from Oracle is clients responsibility.
