2 PERMANENT ROLES Programme Delivery Practice Programme Manager - London: Establish and manage a Cyber Security Programme of Work. Planning directing and co-ordinating activities to manage and implement interrelated projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stag. Experience of managing staff (both line and matrix). Leading Programme team(s) in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans. Determining, monitoring and reviewing all programme economics to include programme costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, programme resources, and programme risk. Experience of implementing s ecurity projects within a FTSE 100 company or organisation of similar size and complexity is essential. PERMANENT ROLES Networks Practice Network Architects - London & M62 corridor: Working with clients to solve mission critical network and business problems, including the development of network plans, architecture and strategies in order to help design and implement total network solutions within the context of their businesses environment. Roles will be project based, working to ensure that key business processes and management considerations are supported by network architecture and design. This will involve leading or working on projects to assist clients in the development and evaluation of Enterprise-wide network plans, policies, procedures and practices. Expertise in one or more networking areas is essential, as are demonstrable project management capabilities. PERMANENT ROLES Data Centre Practice Principal Consultant - London & M62 corridor: A strong IT/business alignment focus, working across all key Stakeholders from technical leadership, IT service or business functions. Although possibly coming from a technology focused background (Unix, Oracle, Middleware), current and desired activities will be oriented on overall solution building to be functionally, operationally and commercially fit-for-purpose. Typically following and developing best practice methodologies around business case development, solution desi gn and governance. Solutions Architect - London, Edinburgh & M62 corridor: A strong solution focus, covering multiple technology disciplines and management func tions. Although possibly coming from a technology focused background, current and desired activities will be oriented on overall solution building to be functionally, operationally and commercially fit-for-purpose. They will typically follow and develop best practice methodologies around architectural design and governance. Technical Specialists (SQL DBA) - London: Experience of multiple Microsoft technologies across various versions and on a variety of platforms Windows Administration, SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 R2, 2012, TSQL, Data Transformation Services (DTS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), BI analysis and reporting services. Experience of performance tuning and database migration. Previous experience of complex and/or large scale installs, upgrades, migrations and patching. Technical Specialists (Oracle DBA) - London: Experience of multiple Oracle technologies across various versions and on a variety of platforms - Oracle 10g, 11g including Shell scripting, PL/SQL, Unix, RAC, Dataguard and database design. Previous experience of complex and/or large scale installs, upgrades, migrations and patching. Strong diagnosis and performance improvement skills. Experience of Enterprise level incident, problem and change management processes. Expertise in high availability solutions. 1

3 PERMANENT ROLES Data Centre Practice (cont d) QA Testers - Edinburgh: Creative, technical and flexible with strong communication skills and the ability to handle demands of a dynamic team that tests software weekly for multiple builds and frequent releases. Should possess an understanding of QA methodology and test scripting. Lead the testing scope for large projects from initiation. Lead, mentor/guide/coach QA Analysts as they create artifacts for the test life cycle, including preparations of test plans and conditions, review requirements, test desi gn, performing tests to meet Master Test Strategy. UAT Testers - Edinburgh: Responsible for the ongoing testing of a variety of core applications. Roles focus on delivering a stable, bug-free platform, ensuring that any application errors are reported back to the development team within pre-defined strict release management timescales. Key skills include formulating and completing all aspects of the UAT life cycle and at least 2-3 years experience working as a UAT focused Analyst, previous exposure to software development is advantageous, in particular SQL. PERMANENT ROLES End User Computing Practice Principal Consultant - London & M62 corridor: A strong IT/business alignment focus, working across all key Stakeholders from technical leadership, IT service or business functions. Although possibly coming from a technology focused background (Windows, Unix/Citrix, VMware), current and desired activities will be oriented on overall solution building to be functionally, operationally and commercially fit-for-purpose. Typically following and developing best practice methodologies around business case development, solution design and governance. Application SME - Edinburgh: Strong experience working in a SOX environment and knowledge of the constraints that are in place within. A background in legacy application upgrade or eradication, previous experience in a business facing technical role focused on applications and providing application focused technical expertise across a broad range of legacy SOX applications. Application Migration Analyst - London: Expertise in packaging, configuring and testing Windows desktop software for mass delivery in a locked-down, multi-user environment. Experience of repackaging and analysis of Server delivered applications. Good working knowledge of Windows Installer technology and MSI databases. Strong capability with App-V. Experience of Citrix, Microsoft and CA deployment tools an advantage. Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript or batch scripting to automate tasks within a Microsoft Windows environment. Previous experience of the Financial Services sector would be highly advantageous. Technical Specialists (Microsoft Server Support) - Edinburgh: Strong experience with Windows 2003/2008 Server administration including configuration (physical and virtual). Strong background in the support and configuration of Active Directory, DNS and SCCM. Experience of VMware within Enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of major brands hardware including clustering and blade technology. Knowledge of backup, restore and recovery procedures. Experience of large/enterprise level infrastructures. Technical Specialist (Windows Server 2000 & SOX) - Edinburgh: Strong documentation skills and legacy application upgrades or eradication. Conducting discovery effort across a SOX environment in order to document server infrastructure configuration both manual and automated, l iaise with all teams to obtain appropriate discovery information, eg security, asset. Experience of Windows 2000 and Windows 2008 R2. Previous experience working in Financial Services, experience of working in a SOX environment and experience in legacy application upgrade or eradication is essential. 2

4 PERMANENT ROLES Security Practice Security Consultant - Edinburgh & London: Design, review or implement internal guidelines, policies, procedures and IT Security mechanisms (including countermeasures), ensuring they are adequate, func tional and fit-for-purpose, and in compliance with industry standards. Proven experience in networking and/or security consulting is essential, as is experience of i mplementation of SIEM tools; implementation of Vulnerability Management tools; GRC Framework or Risk Management. Security Threat/Intelligence Consultants - Edinburgh: Maintain a clear view of the relevant IT security threats and potential attacks against an organisation, as well as being able to advise and make recommendations to the relevant areas in how to defend their business against such threats. Experience of working within a similar environment is essential as is a strong awareness of current threats, vulnerabilities and industry trends. Security Shift Team Leads - Edinburgh: Experienced Team Leads/Managers with previous experience in managing a variety of staff and working within a fast paced change/incident environment. The role will be on a 24x7 shift basis supporting our managed service, delivering a security monitoring solution. Technical skills required include: Change and incident monitoring, implementation of SIEM tools, proven and in depth experience of working in IT Security or Information Security, Security Monitoring or Security Operations Centre (SOC) experience. Splunk Consultant - London or Edinburgh: Splunk Consultant who will drive complex deployments of Splunk while working with our customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases. The ability to quickly explore, examine and understand complex problems and how they relate to customers businesses is essential, along with strong knowledge with both Unix and Windows operating systems. Security Operations Centre Analysts - Edinburgh: Responsible for identifying and investigating alerts or anomalies from a number of network security solutions on behalf of our FTSE 100 client. Essential skills include IDS, IPS and SIEMS tools. Preferred qualifications include CISSP, CISA, CEH and GIAC-GCIA. Must have experience within Enterprise and/or financial services organisations and have been involved in large complex IT infrastructure projects. Previous experience of standardising Windows based desktop interfaces across a large user base is highly desirable. Roles involve a large proportion of relationship building therefore outstanding communication and Stakeholder management skills are essential. 3

Support project delivery teams working closely with IT, business teams, Stakeholders and client partners. Investigate, clarify and agree user requirements for new technologies or technical changes. Liaise with users as required to clarify issues or problems and map business requirements to technical solutions. Familiar with a range of digital/web services and solutions, ideally where open source and cloud technologies have applied Agile development methodologies. Experienced in analysing digital/web services in a fast paced environment. Experienced in business change, rationalisation and transformation. Business Analyst - London: Capture system requirements to enable teams to deliver solutions using complete SDLC. Support project delivery teams working closely with IT, business teams, Stakeholders and client partners. Investigate, clarify and agree user requirements for new technologies or technical changes. Liaise with users as required to clarify issues or problems and map business requirements to technical solutions. Must have Mergers and Transitions experience. Procurement & Licensing Lead - London: Accountable for; Management & Tracking, Order Management, Financial Management, Supplier/Vendor Relationship. SCCM Deployment Consultant - Manchester: Effective SCCM client management for a Global estate. Perform basic SCCM site checks for the Global other SCCM environments. Perform daily, weekly and monthly operating procedures on managed environments to ensure healthy site status. Security SME - Reading: Identify, define, document and develop security baselines for various platforms based on industry best-practices. Identify and provide alternatives to the methodologies used for the creation of security baselines. Ensure that security baselines created are sound and secure and that all exclusions have been risk analysed and accepted by the appropriate Stakeholders. Splunk Analyst - M62 corridor / Manchester: Responsible for supporting the onboarding process of new security events on to the firm s Splunk deployment from a range of technologies. Working on the Splunk application releases and upgrades. Previous Unix / Linux scripting knowledge is highly desirable in addition to demonstrable experience of supporting and managing a large Splunk environment. Security Consult ant - M62 corridor / Manchester: Working on a global security programme to drive Information Security requirements and solutions into change programmes and improve consolidated security risk profiles. Must have knowledge in multiple information security technologies, and experience in securing information for cross functional and cross platform applica tions. Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques related to IT security. Experience of working within financial services organisations is highly desirable. Technical Security Consultant - M62 Corridor/Manchester: Strong understanding of penetration testing, ideally having led a team of Penetration Testers to audit. Must have strong technical knowledge of Security Architecture MVM Analyst (McAfee Vulnerability Management) - Manchester: Strong working knowledge of MVM and Unix operating systems, IP Networks and web based applications. 4

Mainframe Senior Solution Architect- Edinburgh or London: Strong solution focus, covering multiple technology disciplines and management func tions but with a strong focus on IBM Mainframes. Although possibly coming from a technology focused background, current and desired activities will be oriented on overall solution building to be functionally, operationally and commercially fit-for-purpose. Typically following and developing best practice methodologies around architectural design and governance. Financial Services experience is desirable. Network Architects - Manchester: Responsible for validating current suppliers proposals and activity, upgrade, configuration and support of infrastructure, troubleshooting of Wireless networks. Must have extens ive Cisco, LAN / WAN experience, ideally within wireless environments, as well as proven experience of leading projects. 5
