2 PERMANENT ROLES Programme Delivery Practice Project Managers (Infrastructure) - Edinburgh, London, M62 corridor & Johannesburg: Exceptional project management skills required to deliver large, complex, high risk infrastructure projects to our FTSE 100 clients. Successful management of projects from conception through to completion, with financial accountability in excess of 1m. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, to budget and to client satisfaction. Successfully working in a client facing role, or a strong appreciation for consulting / managed services. PMO Analyst - Edinburgh: Working as part of a team to deliver a PMO Managed Service to our FTSE 100 client. Delivering reporting and Management Information to executive level Stakeholders for multi-million pound programme of change. Providing analysis and assurance of information required for critical and key decision making processes, and ensuring governance of programme and projects is being adhered to. PMO Analyst (Finance Specialist) - Edinburgh: PMO Analyst required with financial services or large Enterprise environment experience. Should have previous budget forecasting and financial reporting experience, variance report actuals/planned, PMO background, 3 rd party vendor management. PERMANENT ROLES Networks Practice Network Architects - London & M62 Corridor: Working with clients to solve mission critical network and business problems, including the development of network plans, architecture and strategies in order to help design and implement total network solutions within the context of their businesses environment. Roles will be project based, working to ensure that key business processes and management considerations are supported by network architecture and design. This will involve leading or working on projects to assist clients in the development and evaluation of Enterprise-wide network plans, policies, procedures and practices. Expertise in one or more networking areas is essential, as are demonstrable project management capabilities. Firewall Architects - London & M62 Corridor: A thorough understanding of network/firewall technologies. Working with clients to solve mission critical network and business problems, including the development of network plans, architecture and strategies in order to help design and implement total network solutions within the context of their businesses environment. Roles will be project based, working to ensure that key business processes and management considerations are supported by network architecture and design. This will involve leading or working on projects to assist clients in the development and evaluation of Enterprisewide network plans, policies, procedures and practices. Significant expertise in one or more networking areas is essential, as are demonstrable project management capabilities. 1

3 PERMANENT ROLES Data Centre Practice Service Management Consultant - London & Leeds: A strong IT/business alignment focus, working with key Stakeholders from technical leadership, IT service or business functions. Although possibly coming from a technology focused background, current and desired activities will be oriented on IT service management and service delivery. Typically follow and develop best practice methodologies around business case development, ITIL and governance. Technical Specialists (DB2 DBA) - London: DB2 DBA s with experience covering production support, development changes, change migration, performance analysis, tuning and monitoring. Experience with Unix - command line, Shell scripts. Strong diagnosis and performance improvement skills. Experience of Enterprise level incident, problem and change management processes. Expertise in high availability solutions. Technical Specialists (Oracle DBA) - London & M62 corridor: Experience of multiple Oracle technologies across various versions and on a variety of platforms - Oracle 10g, 11g including Shell scripting, PL/SQL, Unix, RAC, Dataguard and database design. Previous experience of complex and/or large scale installs, upgrades, migrations and patching. Strong diagnosis and performance improvement skills. Experience of Enterprise level incident, problem and change management processes. Expertise in high availability solutions. PERMANENT ROLES End User Computing Practice Principal Consultant - London & M62 corridor: A strong IT/business alignment focus, working across all key stakeholders from technical leadership, IT service or business functions. Although possibly coming from a technology focused background (Windows, Unix/Citrix, VMware), current and desired activities will be oriented on overall solution building to be functionally, operationally and commercially fit-for-purpose. Typically following and developing best practice methodologies around business case development, solution design and governance. Application Migration Analyst - London: Expertise in packaging, configuring and testing Windows desktop software for mass delivery in a locked-down, multi-user environment. Experience of repackaging and analysis of Server delivered applications. Good working knowledge of Windows Installer technology and MSI databases. Strong capability with App-V. Experience of Citrix, Microsoft and CA deployment tools an advantage. Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript or batch scripting to automate tasks within a Microsoft Windows environment. Previous experience of the Financial Services sector would be highly advantageous. 2

4 PERMANENT ROLES Security Practice Security Architects - London/Edinburgh: Good knowledge of security architecture and design, preferably but not essentially in a Retail Banking environment. Experience in enterprise architecture analysis, developing technology architecture roadmaps that align with an organisation s business strategy and design principles. A deep understanding of Authentication and Authorisation, being able to fully distinguish between the two in the context of access to services. A good understanding of encryption and PKI infrastructure, including 2FA, certificates and OTP. A full and complete understanding of ID Federation (SAML, OAUTH, WS* and OpenID). Experience in a range of delivery methods including Agile, V-Model and Waterfall delivery styles, the ability to recommend and apply experience to delivery methodology decision making. Leadership skills to support and guide programmes. Security Shift Team Leads - Edinburgh: Experienced Team Leads/Managers with previous experience in managing a variety of staff and worked within a fast paced change/incident environment. The role will be on a 24x7 shift basis and will be supporting our managed service delivering a security monitoring solution. Technical skills required include: Change and incident monitoring, implementation of SIEM tools, proven and in depth experience of working in IT Security or Information Security, Security Monitoring or Security Operations Centre (SOC) experience. Network Security Analysts - Edinburgh Network/Security Analysts are responsible for providing security alert detection and analysis capabilities across multiple technologies to ensure that security incidents are identified. A background in network security monitoring, experience of being part of security incident response team and using Intrusion Detection Systems/Intrusion Protection Systems (IDS/IPS) to monitor and investigate attacks is essential. Security Operations Centre Analysts - Edinburgh: Responsible for identifying and investigating alerts or anomalies from a number of network security solutions on behalf of our FTSE 100 client. Essential skills in order to be successful in this role include exposure to IDS, IPS and SIEMS tools. Preferred qualifications include CISSP, CISA, CEH and GIAC-GCIA. Security Consultant - Edinburgh: Design, review or implement internal guidelines, policies, procedures and IT Security mechanisms (including countermeasures), ensuring they are adequate, functional and fit-for-purpose, and in compliance with industry standards. To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in networking and/or security consulting on top of: Implementation of SIEM tools; Implementation of Vulnerability Management tools, GRC Framework or Risk Management. PERMANENT ROLES Internal Senior HR Advisor - Glasgow: Assists the Associate Director (Operations) to provide advice, education and best practice solutions to all employees and managers. Excellent working knowledge of all generalist areas of HR such as performance management, absence management, learning and development and discipline and grievance is essential. As one of three members of the HR team, in addition to managing their own workload, the successful candidate will perform in a team lead role. 3

Experience in dealing with and manipulating/analysing large quantities of data. Must be numerate and have advanced knowledge of Excel. Strong people management skills and experience. Ability to effectively manage several projects/processes in parallel, within tight time-fames and across multiple customers. Focused on supporting team personal development. Client Services Coordinator - London: Working closely with ECS Sales and Service Delivery Executives providing administrative support. Manage BAU sales activity, pro-actively promote ECS, and ensure sales are maximised while delivering the highest level of customer service to ECS customers. Build strong internal, client and contracted Associate relationships. Strong administration skills including advanced level Excel. Must have experience within Enterprise and/or financial services organisations and have been involved in large complex IT infrastructure projects. Previous experience of standardising Windows based desktop interfaces across a large user base is highly desirable. Roles involve a large proportion of relationship building therefore outstanding communication and Stakeholder management skills are essential. Project Lead - Cheshire: Working on a Global Security Programme, experience of creating and maintaining project plans, managing project deliverables, recording and managing Risks and Issues. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential as is strong data analysis and manipulation experience. PMO Analyst - Edinburgh: Strong PMO background, demonstrable delivery track record. Proven ability to organise (documents, people, processes, reports, logs etc.). Must be able to communicate across functional boundaries and influence without authority. Competent when communicating at all levels, up to and including executives. Experience of working with Financial Services organisations. Business Analyst - Cheshire: Capture system requirements to enable teams to deliver IT solutions using complete SDLC. Support the project delivery team working closely with IT, business teams, Stakeholders and client partners. Investigate, clarify and agree user requirements for new technologies or technical changes. Liaise with users as required to clarify issues or problems and map business requirements to technical solutions. Full project lifecycle, ISEB certified. 4

6 CONTRACT ROLES (cont d) Business Analyst - Leeds: Capture system requirements to enable teams to deliver IT solutions using complete SDLC. Support the project delivery team working closely with IT, business teams, Stakeholders and client partners. Investigate, clarify and agree user requirements for new technologies or technical changes. Liaise with users as required to clarify issues or problems and map business requirements to technical solutions. Experience in Telephony, IVR and call recording, Contact Centre technologies- Avaya, CC6, Genesys, Cisco NICE. An understanding and experience of business processes and overall understanding of technical architecture & technology development life cycles is essential. Test Analyst - Leeds: Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Web Application Testing. Raise defects and issues and follow through to resolution, report the progress and results of testing activities, measure and report test coverage planned and achieved assess and report risks to release assess. Operations Analyst - Batch Systems - Edinburgh: CA OPS/MVS: Analyse, design, build, test and implement CA7 and JCL components for defined requirements/scope to agreed project plans and in line with technology. Perform and review the testing of new/changed components to ensure that test conditions/criteria are met. Perform quality assurance checking of new/changed components to ensure their operability and integration into production. Network Engineer - Essex: Provide day to day network and telephony support. Upgrade operating systems versions of routers, switches, firewalls and other network equipment. Ensure vulnerabilities with operating system versions are identified and checked for relevance against services used. Assist SME s in the installation and support of new network / telephony hardware and associated components. Ensure that any new equipment is installed to the established standards. Ensure all networks supported equipment is included in monitoring systems. UC Architect - London: Experience of global deployment of Microsoft Lync and ACME Session Border Controllers in a multiple sites (centralised DC's, central and remote office locations). Demonstrable experience in architecture/engineering/ building/deploying and managing user adoption. Application Packager - Leeds: Experience of creating software packages for Windows XP environments. Must have knowledge of App-V and SCCM and experience with VBScript to automate tasks within a Microsoft Windows environment. Good logical diagnostic skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues such as file and registry-related application problems on multiple Windows OS versions. Technical Consultant - Brentwood: Strong technical background with SmartCloud Orchestration (SCO), PureFlex Hardware and End Point Manager. 5

7 CONTRACT ROLES (cont d) Security Consultant - Cheshire: Working on a global security programme to drive Information Security requirements and solutions into change programmes and improve consolidated security risk profiles. Must have knowledge in multiple information security technologies, and experience in securing information for cross functional and cross platform applications. Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques related to IT security. Experience of working within financial services organisations is highly desirable. Splunk Analyst - Cheshire: Responsible for supporting the onboarding process of new security events on to the firm s Splunk deployment from a range of technologies. Working on the Splunk application releases and upgrades. Previous Unix / Linux scripting knowledge is highly desirable in addition to demonstrable experience of supporting and managing a large Splunk environment. Mobile Device Security Analyst - London: Hands on experience in designing mobile devices security, strong experience in mobile devices migration project from Blackberry to IOS or Android (especially Samsung). Experience in Dynamics Application Access and Secure Control Locker. 6
