Proctoring and assisting the associate director in enforcing policies for tests administered for purposes of academic accommodation for student with disabilities. Qualifications: High School diploma. Part-Time Test Administrator: Trocaire College Buffalo, NY The Test Administrator will be responsible for proctoring testing in the PCAS. The incumbent will assist the Associate Director with maintaining testing records and reports. The incumbent will perform desk duties in the PCAS. Qualifications: An Associate's Degree preferred in Office Management, Office Administrative Assistant, General Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Office Information Technology, Microsoft Office Specialist Intermediate level ability to work in Word, Excel and Outlook Experience keeping records Ability to maintain confidentiality A minimum of one year customer service experience.

7 Human Resources Intern: Lactalis American Group Buffalo, NY The Human Resource Intern will assist the Human Resources Department with various HR assignments and projects within Lactalis American Group. The HR Intern will support a team of HR professionals with projects in the areas of Recruitment, Training, Benefits, HR Systems Implementation, HR Policy and Procedures and other capacities of Human Resources. Qualifications: In order to fill this position, candidates must be college students in their junior or senior year, or recent graduates, working towards a Bachelor s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or another related field. Ability to speak, read, and write a second language (French or Spanish) would be a plus. Strong proficiency with PowerPoint for presentations and with Excel to analyze data is required. HR Systems Analyst: Delaware North Companies Buffalo, NY In collaboration with HRIS department personnel and end users, the candidate will be assisting in the review and implementation of our annual user security audit for the PeopleSoft HCM system. Interpret information/data, Define business procedures, Establish documentation - specific operational procedures. Communicate requirements of audit, Analyze current processes/practices/policies to determine types of documents needed. Design, research, write and edit a range of documents including but not limited to: Procedures documents Training materials Ensure policies and procedures reflect current system environment. Collaborate productively with subject matter experts within different teams to develop appropriate content. SMEs may include, but are not limited to client, team leads, analysts, security personnel and developers. Qualifications: Familiarity with system access security. Qualifications: The ideal candidate: Undergrad or graduate students looking to expand experience into the structural, administrative, and organizational realm of non-profit organizations, Interest in the field of education, human services, or OST (Out of School Time) programming Expectations: Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication skills (written and verbal), Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Work well independently and as part of a team, Possess a flexible, proactive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit Backstage Production Intern: Shea's Performing Arts Center Buffalo, NY The Backstage Production Interns work directly with Shea s Performing Arts Center production staff and will also assist touring companies that perform at Shea s. Interns are required to work scheduled performances which will include numerous evening and weekend hours. Some M-F daytime hours may be requested for the run of scheduled shows and for On School Time events. Qualifications: Backstage Production Interns must demonstrate a background and/or interest in Theatre Production. Written and oral communication skills and ability to multi-task are required. The ability to demonstrate Grace Under Fire is a must! Please note applicants must be seeking college credit through their school in order to be considered.

9 Fall Intern-CORE Sports Category: New Era Cap Buffalo, NY The role of the Core Sports Category Intern is to support category team to help driver additional revenue as a support lead. This would include Spring 2016 booking program, holiday booking program as well as trade shows. Part-Time, Paid Fall Internship- 20 hrs/wk- Candidates must be currently enrolled in school. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail innovation, competitor and account research and report out. (through existing subscriptions we maintain as well as finding new social and online resources), Manage graphic data input for major campaigns (i.e. NFL Season Kickoff, MLB Season) with stadiums and accounts, Assist with completion of the VM test space (bamboo room), Maintain and update caps on display by working with the design and merchandising team, Maintain and catalog fixture prototype and material samples, Assist in prototype process, coordinate vendors and documents. 12 Backstage Production Intern: Shea s Performing Arts Center Buffalo, NY 8/3/15 The Backstage Production Interns work directly with Shea s Performing Arts Center production staff and will also assist touring companies that perform at Shea s. Interns are required to work scheduled performances which will include numerous evening and weekend hours. Some M-F daytime hours may be requested for the run of scheduled shows and for On School Time events. Duties may include: Provide general office support as needed; including photocopying, file maintenance and database compilation. Arrange pick-up and deliveries to the backstage area. Provide assistance for the Traveling Company Managers. Maintain clean and safe backstage area. Check dressing rooms and floors to make sure everybody has left the building after a show. Greet and hold visitors for touring companies. Acting as a liaison for visiting companies by providing assistance and answering questions about Shea s and the surrounding areas Qualifications: Applicants must be seeking college credit through their school in order to be considered. International Logistics Intern: The Mentholatum Company Orchard Park, NY 7/24/15 Support Mentholatum Intercompany, Caribbean, and Latin America business units with assistance in documentation and sales reports. Assist Associate Manager and International Specialist with preparing customers paperwork for exportation to over 40 countries. File paperwork in accordance to export regulations and internal SOP's.
