1 DIVINO CEVICHE Divino Ceviche started as the dream of two brothers: Christian and Frank Encalada. Christian Encalada, executive chef, who has a successful career as background, graduated at Cenfotur (School of Peruvian and international gastronomy) in Lima Perú, where he took first place in the final cooking exam. His studies were followed by two years in a prestigious hotel in Spain. Worked for Gastón Acurio in Tanta for a season and then went back to Spain to improve his culinary style. After going back to Perú, Christian and Frank began the project Warike in Chorrillos, Frank giving his support from Alabama and waiting for the project in Miami to come true. Frank Encalada, Manager of the restaurant, was working as Supervisor en Mobile Aerospace Engeneering at that time. He also was finishing his Associates Degree on Business Science and studying the possibilities of starting the new business, always with the unconditional support of his wife Erika and daughter Elena; on the other hand, Christian count on his lovely wife support; Carmen Luz. It has been two years already since they open and their success in Doral pushed them to open the second location in the heart of Coral Gables. After analyzing the market and taking in consideration the advice of their parents Mirza and Eduardo; Christian and Frank invested in Doral and Divino Ceviche, the dream of having their own business started. The goal of Divino Ceviche is to offer excellent customer service combined with the best Peruvian Fusion, combining the traditional and modern food and of course; respecting the fresh products and the ancestral techniques, making dinning out a something divine. Divino Ceviche nació como un sueño de dos hermanos: Christian y Frank Encalada. A Christian Encalada, executive chef, lo respalda una carrera de éxito, graduado de Cenfotur (Escuela especializada en gastronomía Peruana e internacional) en Lima Perú, alcanzando el primer lugar en el examen final de cocina, seguido con dos años de trabajo en un hotel cinco estrellas en las islas canarias, Lanzarote -España. Trabajo con Gastón Acurio en Tanta una temporada y luego regreso a Galicia-España a perfeccionar su estilo culinario. Al regresar a Perú Christian y Frank se embarcan en el proyecto Warike en Chorrillos Lima, Frank brindando el apoyo desde Alabama, esperando que el proyecto al futuro en Miami se realizara. Por otro lado Frank Encalada, Manager, que trabajaba como Supervisor en Mobile Aerospace Engeneering mientras se graduaba de Associates Degree on Business Science, estudiaba las posibilidades de iniciar el anhelado negocio. Siempre contando con el apoyo incondicional de su esposa Erika y de su hija Elena; por otro lado Christian cuenta con el apoyo de su querida esposa Carmen luz. Han pasado dos años desde que abrieron y el éxitoso local del Doral los impulso a abrir el segundo restaurante en el corazón de Coral Gables. Después de que Christian y Frank hicieran un arduo estudio de mercado y considerando los consejos y apoyo de sus padres Mirza y Eduardo, invirtieron en un local en Miami en la cuidad del Doral y Divino Ceviche, el gran sueño del negocio propio comenzó. La meta de Divino Ceviche es brindar al cliente un excelente servicio combinando la mejor gastronomía peruana, fusionando lo tradicional y lo moderno, respetando los insumos frescos y las técnicas ancestrales, y hacer que el cliente tenga una experiencia de salir a comer algo divino.
