6 Compliance All evantage affiliates who plan to offer the 1ClickCoverage web platform, whether they are currently insurance licensed or not, are expected to attend a compliance training when it is offered in your geographic area. Following are some important excerpts from that training. If you are acting as an independent Licensed Insurance Agent, transacting insurance business for your clients, and your name is on the submitted application, then your are in fact, the Broker-of-Record and will get paid a commission from the insurance carrier directly, once the policy is issued and delivered. All evantage Marketing Affiliates act ONLY in the capacity as Affiliates, not as Insurance Agents; and as such, are paid a Marketing Fee for all successful efforts. This applies if you are a Licensed Insurance Agent or not. You may NOT solicit, communicate or promote the sale of any insurance product, individual policy or policies, directed to the 1ClickCoverage insurance quoting quote engine (currently.../save/instant-quote engine) or provide any insurance advice to any individuals, groups or entities. You may NOT mention or use the word commission or commissions in regards to evantage Financial Marketing Fee Compensation Plan or any individual marketing fee. As an evantage Financial Marketing Affiliate, you may NOT tie any marketing fee to the sale of life insurance or any other insurance products. You are NOT selling any insurance products, you are referring people to your SAVE site that has the 1ClickCoverage product platform on it. 6

No. The use of the names evantage, evantage Financial, National Brokerage, and 1Click Coverage are strictly prohibited. You can use the term 1Click by itself. Where do I find the training videos, support materials, and a copy of the latest compensation plan? Log into your back office using your username and password. Click on the Briefcase icon and you will find everything. Be sure to check back often for changes and updates. Can I signup someone else as an affiliate on my site using my computer? No. They have to electronically sign the user agreement in the signup process. Where do I go to get a sample insurance quote? If you just want to check a quote for curiosity, always use the DEMO page. Don t use your SAVE page unless you are serious about buying! It will trigger follow-ups from the concierge service. The DEMO page will not. 7

Enrolling Affiliates and Small Businesses Enrolling affiliates or small businesses and enterprise accounts are two completely different processes. Affiliates and small business accounts are tracked and compensated by evantage Financial. An enterprise account is tracked and paid directly by National Brokerage. Enterprise accounts must qualify, but anyone can enroll as an affiliate or small business account. To enroll an affiliate or small business direct them to your registration page - The process is simple, fast, and free. Very little information is required. They risk nothing other than the loss of a powerful opportunity to earn serious income if they don t take this simple first step. You will be able to offer the small business owner the option of upgrading to a Small Business Solutions account which will enable them to have a 1Click web portal integrated onto their business website, as well as receive marketing support. The upgrade will be commissionable to you. Later when those marketing referral fees are about to come your way, don t forget to go into your back office and or fax the W-9 and other forms to payroll. If you have your own Sub-S or LLC with an EIN, you can be paid through that entity. Just put that information on the W9 form. 11

13 Enrolling Enterprise Accounts Approval is not automatic for enterprise accounts. Your client organization must be sold to National Brokerage. That is why we need to collect marketing and demographic information. Remember, National Brokerage is looking for accounts that can produce at least transactions per month through the 1Click Portal and the New Client Form is our way of showing National Brokerage how that is going to happen. What is it about the company or organization that would make National Brokerage want to take time to co-brand a page? What types of marketing on and off the web will the client do to promote the 1Click web portal and its products? What is the company s marketing strategy? The more specifics you can include the better. Who is the target audience and how does the company or group reach out to them? How big is the company s base of former and present clients/ customers/ members? How much traffic does the entity s website currently attract? 16 How Am I Paid? Attend a certification class and become qualified To become qualified $500 in marketing fees must be created on your personal save webpage. The first $500 will be paid to your sponsor. After that all marketing fees will be paid directly to you. Each type product has a different marketing / referral fee When a transaction is completed on a co-branded site of an enterprise account you directly referred or the save page of an affiliate or small business you personally recruited you earn 30% of the marketing fee paid When your personally recruited affiliates earn an override from transactions made on the web portals of their personally referred accounts or their personally referred affiliates, you will earn 20% of the marketing fee Be promoted to Marketing Director by personally recruiting 10 affiliates and help each of them become qualified (or refer 10 enterprise accounts which produce at least $500 per month in marketing fees).
