A short time ago it was very easy to get your home listed with a real estate agent and then two weeks later get multiple offers presented on your home as the demand from buyers was constant and homeowners homes were selling fast. It is not the same now, as homes are not appreciating at the same rates when the market was at its peak. The current buyers in the market are now taking their time to make a decision to buy a home. They are very aware of the interest rates and how changeable the market can be and more people are now unable to get the deposit or finance to buy their dream home. Buyers are more cautious today. So if you want to sell your home fast then you had better make sure you get it right. 1. You must make it very clear why you are selling your home 2. You must make the home appeal to the buyers tastes 3. Don t expect an unrealistic purchase price 4. Make sure you provide the buyers with good information about the home 5. Consider flexible financing options to increase potential buyers. If you are not doing these important steps you are preventing your home from selling fast. No Fees! Dear Homeowner There are many reasons why people need to sell their home fast. Selling a home is usually expensive and complicated. That s why real estate agents make thousands of dollars on a single sale. Selling a home is very time consuming, it takes screening phone calls from potential buyers, running open homes on weekends, setting up appointments, running advertising in all local papers and placing signs up in the agency windows and negotiating a contract. There is definitely a lot of work involved in selling a home. But after all this work you still haven t seen an offer come through and now you are just disappointed and frustrated so what do you do? However after reading this report, you will have a interested buyer who is ready to purchase your home within 9 days or less and give you cash on settlement day. That interested buyer is myself. I am not a real estate agent nor do I work for any real estate agency. I am a private person just like you. I am always looking for properties to purchase in the Auckland Area from homeowners just like you with nice homes to sell. I buy a number of homes each month in all kinds of conditions and in every price range. I use private funds that don t require long, drawn out bank approvals. This enables me to act quickly!

Then they work on conditioning you to accept a lower price because they have you tied into the listing agreement for 3 months. The agents know that most vendors think their home is always worth more than the market price so go for the listing. Listing agents get paid a good percentage of the commission whether the home is sold by them or by another agent. So the better you are at listing homes the more chance you have of making much more commissions. This is the little secret they don t want you as homeowners to know. So what incentive is there for them to sell your home? None. Remember once you have an agreement in writing you have to wait to see if the potential buyers can get finance and sell their own home. This is all in the terms of the contract and then you have to wait another 3 to 6 weeks for settlement to receive the cash for the sale if the terms are met, otherwise you are back to the beginning of the process with no sale in sight. More payments to go and the deadline to move into another home are now right upon you. So the level of motivation is up so is the frustration with the agents. What s the alternative?
