CONCERT EVENT The Old School Hip Hop Legends and the Freestyle Legends Tour have been successful concerts for the last three years and it would benefit any investors looking to invest in huge concert events and sponsors looking to promote their company. These concerts have attracted from 3000 to10,000 fans throughout Cities across the U.S. These genre of music has a loyal following of people which are willing to come see the artist perform in these concerts. 2. EVENT BACKGROUND Charlie Rock has produced arena type concerts since 2007and has been promoting club events since the early 1990's. On April 24th 2010 Charlie "Rock" Jimenez brought the Freestyle Legends Tour to Kissimmee, FL at the Osceola Heritage Park - Silver Spurs Arena. The arena was overwhelmed with the successful turnout that it is now a yearly concert event in their building.

4 3. TARGET SPECTATORS Our primary demographics group is the age of 25 to 50 years old. Anyone in this age group listens to freestyle music. Marketing research has proven that the majority of fans for freestyle music are of Hispanic decent. They support freestyle concerts and the artist they grew up with. The Latino population in Florida has risen in the past few years and Investors/sponsors will benefit. 4. STATISTICS The Hip Hop and Freestyle Concerts is one of the great concepts of today in bringing pleasure and fulfillment to people and fans of this music. All concerts or music tours increasingly drive the development of modern economies. It has been proven that concerts will generate not only exposure, but financial growth to sponsors who take advantage of the thousands of people in one building. 5. PROMOTIONS The Promotions will consist of six weeks of heavy radio promotions. Prime spots on three major radio stations, along with ticket giveaways and live mentions. Live on air artist interviews and morning drive adds on all three radio stations. Live on air streaming on all radio stations and websites along with banners and flyers being posted in various locations around the Florida area. Street promotions will cover all the surrounding city areas with flyers and poster distribution. We will target malls, sport bars, clubs, restaurants, hair salons, Universities, businesses and local fitness centers to name a few. Online promotions, via facebook, twitter, youtube along with a massive blast to all the names in our club and concert data base of over seventy five thousand.

SPONSORSHIP BENEFIT Any company would benefit by sponsoring the Hip Hop Legends Tour and or the Freestyle Legends Tour concerts. - Companies will be able to target over 5000 people in one building - Be the main sponsor of the event - Heavy radio commercial advertising - Companies banners on stage - Advertise during intermission - Promotional giveaways - Present the concert tour throughout the cities - Company logos on flyers and promotional package - Entertainment Tax benefit - Red carpet wall banners and after party club exposure - Company logos on T-shirts and all marketing products

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES SILVER- For $ 2,500 dollars sponsors will be able to benefit from all street and online promotions, a table booth at the event, their company name on all 60 thousand flyers and the blast to over seventy five thousand customers on our data base. GOLD - For $5,000 dollars sponsors will be able to benefit from all street and online promotions, a table booth at the event, their company name on all 60 thousand flyers and the blast to over seventy five thousand customers on our data base. Their company banner on stage and on all promotional marketing for the event, including all printed materials and radio station commercial. PLATINUM- For $10,000 dollars the company will be the main sponsor of the event. Company will present the Hip Hop Legends and or the Freestyle Legends Tour concert and will benefit from all 6 weeks of prime time radio promotions. A table booth at the event their company name/ logo on all 60 thousand flyers and the blast to over seventy five thousand clients on our data base. Their company banner on stage and company logo on all promotional marketing for the event including radio and TV. 8. INVESTORS BENEFIT Any private investor would benefit and is welcome to invest funds with a substantial return on their investment. These concert events have been successful and have an established customer following. - Investors can make up to 50% of the profits - Small investments, big return - Entertainment Tax benefit - Yearly Concerts investment opportunity
