Tender should be addressed to Purchase Committee, Software Technology Parks Of India, Plot No.P1, Phase I, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park,Hinjewadi, PUNE ,Tel. Nos.-(020) /5. Last date for submission/receipt of tender(s) is 03/04/2010. The tenders received after the above said scheduled date and time will not be considered. No tender by FAX will be entertained. (a) The Technical Bid should be submitted, containing the details /documents mentioned in the technical bid as per Annexure-I. (b) The Financial Bid should include only the rate against each item separately as per items indicated in Annexure- II. We, "Software Technology Parks of India"(STPI), are a Govt. undertaking under the Department of IT & Ministry of Information Technology. We are presently assisting almost all the IT companies in their daily activities not only in Pune, but in the entire Maharashtra State. 2. We would like to outsource competent candidates for working in different sections of the office at STPI Aurangabad. As per our practice we are reviewing such Contract according to the Minimum Wage Act as applicable in Maharashtra. Candidates for the following qualified staff are intended to be outsourced :- Sr. o ame of Post Qualification o. of vacancies a. Office Boy b. Housekeeper c. Gardener SSC, Handling of Xerox machine, Fax machine, phone calls 01 Cleaning of office premises 01 Maintenance of the garden Your Quotes must be filled on the attached Performa only on a company letter head and must reached to this office by 03/04/ Hrs under a sealed cover. Any additional information you wish to give may be attached separately and not on the attached Performa. 4. Quotations sent after the above due date will not be accepted until any amendments. 5. The Envelop of the Quotation must contain the head "Quotation for Outsourcing staff for STPI Aurangabad". 6. The STPI Pune reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason and the decision of the STPI Pune shall be final and binding Page 2 of 9

STPI Pune, may terminate the contract if it is found that the agency is black listed on previous occasions by the any of the departments/institutions/local bodies/ Municipalities/Public Sector Undertakings etc. 8. STPI Pune, may reject the bid in the event that the bid is accepted but the successful bidder fails to furnished the Performance Security or fails to execute the contract agreement. 9. 4 A EXURE A Terms & Conditions i. The Service provider shall comply with all the legal requirements for obtaining License under Contract Labour (R&A) Act, if any, at his own part and cost. ii. The Agency should be registered with the concern Govt. Authorities i.e. Labour Commissioner, Provident fund authorities, Employees State Insurance Corporation of India etc. and a copy of registration should be submitted. iii. Agency should submit its PAN and Sales Tax/VAT/registration number. iv. The service provider shall provide a substitute well in advance if there is any probability of the person leaving the job due to his/her personal reasons or in case of additional requirement. v. The service provider person shall not claim any benefit/ compensation /Absorption/ regularization of services with office under the provision of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 or Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Undertaking from the individual (whose services are hired from the Service Providers) persons to this effect will be required to be submitted by the service provider to this office. vi. The service provider s personnel working should be polite, cordial, Positive and efficient, while handling the assigned work and their actions shall promote good will and enhance the image of this office. The service provider will responsible for any act of indiscipline on the part of persons deployed by him. vii. The service provide shall be contactable at all times and message sent by Tel/ /Fax to the service provider shall be acknowledged immediately on receipt on the same day. viii. The Agency should strictly adhere to the Statutory Regulations viz. Minimum Wages Act, PF Act, ESI Scheme and any other Regulations covering Labour Contract, The agency will open PF & ESIC accounts of their employees. ix. The personnel shall be available for work on all office days (Monday to Friday) from 9.30AM to 6.00 PM. However depending upon the exigencies of work, the personnel may be required to work late beyond office hours or on Gazetted holidays. x. The Agency should have experience in housekeeping and allied services. xi. The agency will open salary account of employees in the local bank. The agency will provide salary slip to the employees. 5 xii. xiii. xiv. xv. xvi. xvii. xviii. xix. The Service provider has to provide the Photo Identity Cards to the persons employed by him for carrying out the work. In case any employee of the agency suffers injury / damage or meets with an accident during the discharge of duty the entire cost of compensation should be borne by the agency and the Department will stand indemnified against any claims/damage/compensation. The Agency will be responsible for complying with the obligations under the Labour laws in respect of minimum wages and various other provisions for all its employees deputed to work for. The service provider shall have to furnish proof of having rendered satisfactory services during last Two months. List of past and present clients to be attached. Payment for each month shall be release on submission of details of disbursement made to each personnel indication the amount of rumination paid, amount deducted on account of statutory deduction such as ESI, EPF etc. Penal deduction will be made for poor service on the basis of assessment by the Department officer. Penal deduction will also be made when the required services are not provided. The decision of the department will be final in this regard. The services of the agency will be terminated by one month notice if service is not found satisfactory or non-compliance of terms & condition with applicable labor laws. Tendering Process: Tender is invited in two parts i.e., Envelope (1) : Technical Bid containing : Annexure-I Annexure-III (Undertaking on Rs.100 stamp paper-submitted by Successful bidder only) Other Relevant documents as specified in the.annexure I Envelope (2) : Financial Bid containing : Annexure-II The tender will be sealed in outer envelope which will bear the Address of the Authority, Tender No, Due date and Name of the work Quotation for Outsourcing Staff STPI Aurangabad".
