Puram, New Delhi invites scaled tenders from reputed / registered firms/companies engaged in the business of providing service for Annual maintenance of air conditioners on quarterly payment basis for premises of office of the Chief Commissioner (A.R.), Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, West BlockNo.2, R.K. Puram, New Delhi The interested agencies are requested to submit their bids for AMC under the two bid system. Technical bid should be placed in a sealed cover marked technical bid. Financial bid should be placed in a separate sealed cover marked as financial bid. Both bids should be placed in a third sealed cover superscribed as "Tender for AMC for air conditioners" and should reach the Additional Commissioner (Admn.), O/o the CC (AR), CESTAT, West BlockNo.2, R.K. Puram, New Delhi by 1500 hrs on or before The technical bids will be opened at 1630 hrs on and date / time of opening of financial bids will be intimated in due course. A complete set of tender documents can be obtained free of cost from the Superintendent (HQ), Delhi on any working day between hrs to hrs from onwards till Interested parties may visit the office to inspect the ACs on and on This office would not be responsible for any delay or loss of the tender documents sent through speed post or other. 2 Eligibility criteria for AMC of Air-Conditioners ANNEXURE-I 1. The company/firm/enterprise intending to submit the tender (hereinafter called the company) shall be a reputed organization in the field of maintenance of Air Conditioners. 2. The company should have undertaken AMC for at least one Central Government Department/ Public sector unit (PSU), in any of the previous three years in Delhi and should have provided the support from their local offices at the designated customer sites. 3. The company's contract should not have been terminated before the expiry of the full term, in any of the previous years or current year. 4. The company must have expertise in the field of maintenance of Air Conditioners and its service engineer must be knowledgeable enough to troubleshoot any problem related to Air Conditioners. 5. The bidders must be a local of area of Delhi Superintendent (HQ)

3 ANNEXURE-II Conditions governing AMC 1. This office does not bind itself to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders received without assigning any reason whatsoever. Tenders in which any of the particulars and prescribed information are inadequate or incomplete in any respect or the prescribed conditions are not fulfilled, are liable to be rejected. 2. The maintenance service by the company shall include quarterly preventive service and breakdown maintenance of all Air Conditioners of this Commissionerate. 3. The party will carry out the repairing of the whole unit and parts thereof at their service station or in the Hqrs office. 4. The charges regarding the shifting of air conditioners will be covered in this Annual Maintenance Contract itself. 5. In any case when Condenser Coil will be in leaking condition or body/work is required, party has to discharge the gas for repairing the same and after completion of work they will have to re-charge gas. 6. This contract will be effective for a period of one year from date of signing of contract. The payment of this contract will be made on quarterly basis subject to availability of the fund. 7. Chief Commissioner (A.R.) reserves their right to terminate the contract at any time if the services of AMC Vendor are not found to be satisfactory. List of items S.
