Click account titles to view additional information. Select additional account activities from the dropdown menus such as: Viewing transaction history Transferring funds between accounts Downloading transactions Request a stop payment

2 Services Business online banking provides many different and accommodating services. Some of the services Include: Creating additional user profiles. Giving specific access to employees or an accountant Sending direct deposit or receiving payment through our ACH services Transmit wire transfers Protecting your account from check fraud with Positive Pay New User Setting up a user is an easy and convenient way to give another person access to your accounts. Simply create and customize a user profile for them and give them the access they need to the specific accounts. User Name: First and Last name of the user. User ID: This will be the user s Cash Management ID Administration: If the user needs access to users or the ability to update or change passwords you will mark yes. If not put it to no. Password: This will be the user s Cash Management password that they will change the first time they login. It must be 6 8 characters long and alphanumeric. Wire Password: Only required for using our wire services online. Access Times: Restrict the access of the user by only allowing them to sign in at certain times. Limits: Set specific limits depending on the activity of the user. Select the settings for the user to have the accounts Select the accounts you would like the user to have access too

3 ACH Find convenience in setting up your own ACH funds transfers through your online business banking. Set up your batch, choose your effective date, and find ease in transferring electronically. Through the ACH services you are able to: Process direct deposit Collect payments Use dual control as security and to verify payment accuracy Add individual record information Upload a file from your accounting software Import an Excel File Going out of town? Initiate your transfer two weeks in advance! Wires Sending a wire through our online business banking is fast, easy, convenient, and secure. Steps to sending a wire: Select the account to create the new wire from Fill out the wire template Review the wire info Approve the wire using dual wire control Transmit!

4 Positive Pay Protect your account from fraud using our Positive Pay service. Positive Pay matches the account number, check number and dollar amount of each check presented for payment against a list of checks previously authorized and issued by your company. Submit check information by Manual Entry Uploading a file Upload File File must be an Excel file saved as a.csv Information must include; check number, date issued, check amount, and payee Edit format to match your file Select your file and upload! From the File Upload Status you are able to View Details and then approve the file. Once approved the file is submitted to the bank.
