TAG Aviation, Middle-East In December 2010, TAG Aviation Middle East obtained an air operator s certificate (AOC) from the Kingdom of Bahrain and began its operations there, providing air charter and line maintenance. The kingdom s open skies approach to civil air transportation and its gateway position to the Gulf region make it the ideal hub from which to meet the growing demand for private jet travel in the Middle East. TAG Aviation, Asia In 2006, TAG Aviation expanded into the Asian market with the opening of a subsidiary based in Hong Kong. From there, we now provide aircraft management, charter and maintenance services throughout the Asia-Pacific region. 7 Our Charter Services Call and Fly Call & Fly is the ideal solution if you are an occasional flyer who wants to book on a trip-by-trip basis. This is a simple, flexible and transparent option and, unlike fractional ownership or jet cards, there are no long term commitments or restrictions. TAG Aviation operates one of the largest and most diverse fleets of business jets and can provide truly global solutions, thanks to our extensive network of partners. As no two trips are alike, our Charter Services team will help you select the size and category of jet that are right for each journey, and then look after everything so that you can enjoy complete peace of mind. TAG Account Our TAG Account is tailored to meet the needs of business jet charter clients who have frequent and predictable travel needs. To facilitate confirmation of your flights, a TAG Account requires a deposit, but unlike similar programmes, all deposits are refundable and there are no expiry dates. Because you are unique, your Charter Services Team will tailor an account based on your individual needs and requirements. We pride ourselves on the personal relationships that we develop with our TAG Account clients. From the moment you contact our Charter Services Team until your trip is completed, they will control everything so that you can relax and enjoy the journey. TAG Lease Our TAG Wet Lease provides numerous advantages when you need access to a business jet for an extended period of time. For clients who do not want to take on the complexity and commitments of ownership, leasing a private jet might be an attractive proposition. You can lease a private jet for fixed periods, ranging from one month to a year. A number of aircraft in our fleet are available on a wet lease basis, guaranteeing you a modern business jet whenever you need it. The CAM Principle The CAM concept is key to TAG Aviation s aircraft management model. Your Lead Captain, known as the Client Aviation Manager (CAM) is responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of your aircraft and crew. The CAM is there to implement the high standards set by TAG Aviation and to ensure that they are always upheld by the crew. 15 Our Core Business Airframe TAG Aviation employs a team of highly qualified technicians to service your aircraft - on time, on budget, and dispatch ready, with the minimum of downtime guaranteed. Our core business is Dassault & Bombardier but we also work on a wide portfolio of other aircraft. We are a Dassault Falcon Authorised Service Centre and a Bombardier Authorised Service Facility. In addition, we are Factory Authorised for Honeywell, Rockwell Collins and General Electrics, and can support not just airframes but components, as well. Ramp Services TAG Aviation provides full Ramp Services at its centres in Geneva, Farnborough, Sion, Paris, Madrid and Hong Kong. Flexibility and swift reaction are key to this operation, with staff on-call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. We strive to support your needs. Avionics To optimise your aircraft s safety and performance, and also enhance its value, TAG Aviation can install the very latest upgrades in avionics and navigation systems. Examples of these include the EASy II flight deck for the Dassault Falcon, and the Proline 21 integrated avionics system. Troubleshooting TAG Aviation s extensive experience means that we know your aircraft inside out. As such, our teams know where faults are generally found and how to efficiently troubleshoot. Technicians can be sent anywhere in the world to diagnose and rectify faults that might occur. 16 Our Workshops Sheet Metal / Structural Our expert structural technicians are qualified to undertake all kinds of sheet metal repair, from minor jobs to Part 21 major modifications. Interior Refurb Our expert craftsmen can be called on to make minor repairs to the interior of your aircraft, or to undertake a full refurbishment of the cabin according to your own personal tastes and requirements. We have a select group of suppliers that help us resource the best materials. Paint Shop TAG Aviation s facility in Geneva includes a high-tech, state-of-the-art paintshop that can provide everything from a simple touch-up to a full respray in new corporate livery. Brakes, Wheels and Tyres Dedicated teams in Geneva and London Farnborough are certified to survey all types of aircraft wheels for cracks (NDT Level 2/3) and perform wheel overhaul & tyre replacements. We are skilled at changing worn brakes during the downtime. A wide stock of replacement tyres for most jet aircraft is maintained at all TAG Aviation centres. Maintenance Services 16

17 Our Workshops Cleaning Cleaning services are available at Geneva, Farnborough, Sion, Madrid and Hong Kong. Dedicated TAG Aviation teams are on hand seven days a week to clean aircraft interiors and exteriors, and polish the brightwork. Logistic TAG Aviation provides industry-leading logistics support. All our centres carry a large stock of spare parts in modern storage facilities. When special aircraft parts are needed, these can be sourced quickly, efficiently, and with minimal shipping and customs delays. Part 21 Experts at TAG Aviation in Geneva can assess your aircraft s systems, recommend the appropriate upgrade or modification, and then proceed with extensive Part 21 modifications if required. This service is becoming more and more needed, in response to the increasing demand for individually designed aircraft interiors. Airworthiness Management To ensure that your aircraft always complies with airworthiness regulations, a dedicated TAG Aviation staff member is assigned to look after it - to organise regular service and maintenance work, and arrange for it to be available for the appropriate inspections.
