3 3 Vehicle Track History Mapping Know the complete history of travel, location of travel, speed and distance travelled by each vehicle Query and display where tracked vehicle travel to, stopped location and duration, speed and distance travelled from any time up until the first time the vehicle was tracked. System can keep track stats for as long as the client wants. Display specific trip and idle points. Useful for auditing/investigation. Demo V2 tracks for 22/7/2013 Track history list by day. Any tracked vehicle could be monitored for over speeding events of when a vehicle goes over a specified over speeding limit. Produce a list of all sites not visited Report Showing Sites not visited Vehicle After Hours use Monitoring Know exactly where each vehicle is after client specific working hours! Any tracked vehicle could be monitored for when they are operated outside of client garage premises after working hours. The tracking system will alert designated staff of when after hours events occur in real time through and log these events for reporting later. Client define/draw/edit zones on the tracking maps to monitor activity within or outside. Client can be alerted either when vehicle operates within or outside of geo zone as well as recorded later for reports. E.g. setting a geo zone around a worksite. Clients can then be alerted when vehicles/machinery have moved outside of specific Geo Zone(work zone) on top of getting reports later. Instant of Outside Zone Alert

9 9 Operation Zone Location of Outside Zone Alert No go Zones Monitoring Know exactly when each vehicle has gone to unauthorized locations or during unauthorized time! Any tracked vehicle can be monitored when they enter no go zones specified by policy. Example school, night clubs, loan offices etc. Once a tracked vehicle enters any non go zones specified in a list of no go zone(s) the designated staff will receive an alert in real time with the event logged for later reporting. 10 10 Generate No Go Zone report and access immediately or receive report on a schedule or through? or both Fuel Consumption Module Calculate and keep track of fuel consumption! Assign liters/100km rating per vehicle and process expected fuel consumption from distance traveled. Add refill data and get fuel consumption reports to determine expected and deviate fuel consumption

11 11 SOS Alert Get SOS SMS txt Alert directly from your vehicle in case of an emergency! Drivers can press a SOS button inside the car to send SOS alert directly to designate staff/manager phone. SMS txt contains the time and map location of place vehicle is at the time of SOS button press. Vehicle Maintenance Module Know exactly WHEN each vehicle is due for maintenance! Schedule of maintenance of tracked vehicles either by distance travelled over time or by a time interval or both. The system will alert the designated user by of when the vehicle is near due time for maintenance and will produce a maintenance report on schedule or on the fly. Global geocoder providers such as Google and Bing maps have generic/inaccurate and general place names for Samoa. As such goecoded locations return inaccurate and incomplete results. Using a localized geocoder SkyEYE owns we are able to provide accurate Localized and Geocoder complete location names for alerts, reports and location query. For clients we can even input client with the location correct names e.g. Central Bank, TATTE Building, SNPF Plaza for alerts/reports/ location query etc. location name
