6 Getting the most out of your Vehicle tracking System Welcome to GeoMama vehicle tracking solution. If this is the first Vehicle tracking system you have used, prepare to learn the endless ways the system is going to empower you in your own business. GeoMama is the web base tracking solutions developed by Geo & Logic that deliver measurable business and operational benefit by providing total visibility and control of mobile assets in real time tracking with a combination of GPS/GPRS technology for fleet management purposes, vehicle tracking and personal tracking system. GeoMama helps you to understand, manage and monitor your fleet or drivers in efficient and reliable Manner. Whatever position you hold in the organization, you will have a better understanding of what is Happening and others you oversee. GeoMama Tracking solution can generate a number of reports to make transportation information available to you quickly and easily. These reports can be used as is, or can be customized to fit your business needs. GeoMama allows you to provide excellent customer service in an effective manner as well as manage, synchronize and coordinate with your sales and distribution network. To briefly explain GeoMama Tracking solution in a nutshell, your organization probably uses lengthy and unreliable ways to monitor, route plan, mapping or generate reports, with GeoMama its just click away to do all these Tasks.. Well from now on you won't have to keep all of these systems individually; this Tracking system will integrate all of your transportation systems (either hardcopy or electronic format) into ONE storage location. It will make you more efficient and effective when retrieving information. We're now going to go through how to log into your system, and demonstrate a few of the simple actions so you can save time finding your way around. 7 To Log in Open your Internet explorer browser (if you are not using Microsoft internet Explorer, see hardware and software requirement section at page XX). Type the URL, into the address bar of the browser. You will see a login page asking for your user name and password on left side of page. Enter these details as supplied to you and click login. 1. Enter User Name 2. Enter Password 3. Click Login Simple navigation lesson When you log into your GeoMama Vehicle tracking account, you will come to the home page. Notice that each option in the system has its own menu and it is available on all pages. It will make it quicker and easier for you to access that information.

8 Understanding Quick Links and Menus On the left hand of the screen is your Quick Links and one top of the screen is your 'main menu', which lists all the tools that are available in the system. If you scroll over those menus you will see they have a second level of menu options for you to choose from. Directly below the main menu, will appear your Company name and other details, Under that information you will see our contacts for call center which are available 24 hours for your service. If you need to change or add your details, see Edit Profile Section at page xx. Quick Links To the left of the screen is your 'Quick Links', which holds shortcuts that allow you to move access most used and important information. It allows you to use your system more easily. It consists of following useful links:- 1. Quick Status 2. Idle Vehicles 3. Maintenance info 4. Edit profile 5. Contacts 6. Change Password

Quick Status Quick status allows you to see quick view of you all vehicles, you can see information like Vehicles in office, travelling, stopped, alert, speed etc. To better understand Quick Status we can divide in to 6 sections. a) Select group helps you to select particular group, e.g. You have 90 cars BMWs, GeoMama allows you to make one single group of BMWs car (Please see Groups at page xx to understand how to create groups) so you can easily monitor all your BMWs at one time. b) Search by plate number allows so you to search any of your vehicle by just entering plate number to use this function just enter plate number in text box and press search. c) Stop/Start Auto refresh gives you power to stop or start Auto-refreshing. Most advance system of GeoMama automatically refresh the quick status page every 8 minutes, by default auto refresh function is ON. d) Quick glance shows information like Vehicle in office, alerts (Please see Alerts on page xx for details), Travelling vehicles, stopped vehicles, offline vehicles, total working devices and link to see removed devices if any. e) Alert Center shows you the vehicles which are on alert (Please see Alerts on page xx for details) it will show the information like vehicle detail, alert type, Location, ignition status, speed, and a link view which will allow you to see you vehicle position in real-time mode. f) Status of all vehicles allows you to see information of all vehicles. Information like Vehicle detail, Service status, alert status, Location, Speed, ignition status, Millage, comments, immobilization (please see immobilization on page xx for details and link view which will allow you to see you vehicle position in real-time mode.

10 Reports GeoMama Tracking solution can generate a number of reports to make transportation information available to you quickly and easily. 13 3. Mapping Just scroll over to Mapping menus you will see the second level of menu options. You will see following option in sub-menu a) Map-Quick Status b) Real-Time Tracking c) Landmarks d) Geo fence

14 a) Map-Quick Status Like Quick Status you can also see all of your vehicles on the Map real-time. Just click on Map Quick status and you can see your entire vehicle in real time mode. In image above your see red, green and question mark sign, Red shows Vehicle stop, Green shows travelling vehicle, question mark shows vehicle on alert. You can zoom in + to zoom in and - to zoom out, or Click Direction button to move in map. you can also select a particular vehicle by clicking a Select Vehicle dropdown menu on upper left. You can also see Map update time next to Follow vehicle. Note:- Please remove check on Follow Vehicle if you want to search other thing, for example any location.

15 b) Real-Time Tracking Most advanced system of GeoMama allows you to see history of your all vehicle and re-play it on Map- Mode, Which help you see your vehicle s activities at any time. Just follow these simple steps and get ready to go in past. Just scroll over mapping Click on real time tracking on left side you will see H Written on small truck click it, now you can small window, select vehicle of which you want to see history, Chose From Date and till Date, now select time From and To, Select Animation to desire time and Check on Include report, Press OK. Down you will also see the report for selected journey indicating name, date with time, speed, status and location at that time. You also have three option of maps to chose from, these option you can see on upper right corner of map, these are Map which is digital only, Satellite will show satellite image and Hybrid will show the combination of digital and satellite images

16 d) Geo-fence Georama s most advance vehicle tracking system allows you to Create geo-fencing for your vehicles. Your GeoMama can generate report automatically if any violation occurs. Follow these simple steps and create geo-fence:- Just scroll over to Mapping menus you will see the second level of menu options. You will see following option in sub-menu click on geo-fencing click on Add a Geo fence Write location, than write mileage, and description click on center of that area in map and Click save geo fence. Now click on view fence on bottom left to see if geo fence you created is ok. You also have three option of maps to chose from, these option you can see on upper right corner of map, these are Map which is digital only, Satellite will show satellite image and Hybrid will show the combination of digital and satellite images

Activity Report To generate activity report just roll over mouse to report, you will see sub menu Click on generate report, Activity report is selected by default, Follow these simple steps and generate these amazing activity report. First select activity report from dropdown menu, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. Now you can see detailed activity report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, than Total distance traveled, Total time and total stop time for requested period. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Date & Time, Street/Community, City, Speed, Direction, Distance, Travel Time, Stop Time, Ignition, Odometer, Latitude and

20 Longitude. If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further. 2) Activity Summary report Activity summary report will give summarized report for your vehicles to generate report first select activity Summary report from dropdown menu, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. This report gives you information in chart as well so you can easily do the comparison between Distance traveled VS Time Travelled and Travel Time VS Stop Time. It also gives information like Total Distance travel, Total Travel Time, Total Stop Time, Average Speed and maximum Speed achieved. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC.

21 3) Time Sheet Report Time Sheet report will give concise report for your vehicles for the period selected to generate report first select Time Sheet Report from dropdown menu, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. This report gives you all the information like gives information like Total Distance travel, Total Travel Time, Total Stop Time, Average Speed and maximum Speed achieved. It also gives you the information like Start time, Started from which place, End Time, End at which place, Start mileage which shows you start odometer and last mileage which shows you end odometer. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. 4) Travel report Travel report will give you the information of the vehicle while its start traveling, it will not show you the information while your vehicle was Idle. Such kind of report is very use full for the management. To generate report first select Travel Report from dropdown menu, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. Now you can see detailed travel report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, than Total distance traveled, Total time and total stop time for requested period. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Date & Time, Street/Community, City, Speed, Direction, Distance, Travel Time, Stop Time, Ignition, Odometer, Latitude and Longitude. If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further. 5. Stop report Stop Sheet report will give concise report for your vehicles when it was stopped for the period selected, to generate report first select Stop report from dropdown menu, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button.

22 Now you can see stop report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, than Total distance traveled, Total time and total stop time for requested period. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Date & Time, Street/Community, City, Speed, Direction, Distance, Travel Time, Stop Time, Ignition, Odometer, Latitude and Longitude. If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further. 6. Trip Duration Report Trip Duration Report will give Detail information of trips made by your vehicles, for the period selected, to generate report first select Trip Duration Report from dropdown menu, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. Now you can see Trip duration report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, than Total trips, Maximum speed achived, Total Trip duration, Total distance traveled for requested period. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Start Location/Street, End Location/Street, Date & Time Started, Street, Date & Time End, Duration of trip, Start Odometer, End Odometer, Average Speed, maximum speed achieved, Distance traveled. If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further. 7) Speeding Report Speeding Report will give you information regarding over-speeding. You can easily monitor the behavior of your drivers. To generate report first select Speeding Report from dropdown menu, Enter the speed limit, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button.

23 Now you can see speeding report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, than Maximum Speed achieved and total number of over speeding which mean total number of violation, for requested period. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Date & Time, Street/Community City, Speed and Duration, If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further. 8. Over Speeding Duration Report Over Speeding Report will give Detail information on Duration of speeding, for the period selected, to generate report first select Over Speeding Report from dropdown menu, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select speed limit, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. Now you can see speeding Duration report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, Total Occurrence for over speed, than Maximum Speed achieved, Total Duration of activity, and total distance traveled while over speeding, for requested period. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Start Location/Street, End Location/Street, Date & Time Started, Street, Date & Time End, Duration of Activity, Start Odometer, End Odometer, maximum speed achieved, and Number of events. If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further. 9. Exception report Exception report is very important report, you can get all the information of violation which your vehicles did for the selected period, you can see the information like over speeding, Border crossing, garage etc (Please see Alerts at page no xx for more information) GeoMama have 24/7 call center which monitor all your vehicle even when you are unable to monitor them, to generate report first select Exception report from dropdown menu, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select speed limit, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. Now you can see Exception report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, Total number of Exception, for requested period. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Alert type, Location etc, different

24 kind of information available accordingly. If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further. 10. Salik Report Most Advance system of GeoMama gives you power to generate up to date Salik reports also, for the period selected, to generate report first roll-over mouse to Reports, From sub menu select Salik Report, select vehicle a particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select speed limit, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. Now you can see Salik Report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, Salik gates information and their usage, for requested period. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Salik gate name, Date and time IN, Date and time OUT and Duration of stay Location etc, If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further. 11. Telemetry Reports With Telemetry Reports you can monitor and maximize the use of your asset. Telemetry comes as option with you GeoMama solution, you can monitor different activity going on in your vehicle like doors, Air-conditioning, Electronic meters, crane boom etc, to generate report first roll-over mouse to Reports, From sub menu select Telemetry Report, select particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select speed limit, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. Now you can see your Telemetry Report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, Total Telemetry Events and Total Duration of Activity, for requested period. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Location/Street, City, Date and time, Date and time and Duration of Activity and Odometer, If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further. 12. Maintenance Report With GeoMama Vehicle tracking system, everybody is benefited in your organization, from fleet manager to CEO of organization can have information regarding vehicle maintenance, to generate report first roll-over mouse to Reports, From sub menu select Maintenance Report, select

25 particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select speed limit, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. Now you can have report which will show you the maintenance of your vehicles. 13. Geo-fence Report With Geo Fence Reports you can monitor if any of your vehicle violate the fence which you created To generate report first roll-over mouse to Reports, From sub menu select Land Mark Report, select particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select speed limit, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button. Now you can see Geo fence Report of your vehicles. Now you can see description of vehicle and other information regarding violation. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. 14. Land Mark Report With Land Mark Reports you can have brief information of your vehicle which is visiting land marks which you created. It will give you more meaning full report depending upon your business. It will also eliminate all the extra information which you don t want to see. To generate report first rollover mouse to Reports, From sub menu select Land Mark Report, select particular vehicle, Select Group in case of a group (see Group at page xx to learn how to make group) or select All vehicles in case you want to take all vehicles report, Select Proximity, Select date From and To, Select Hr hours and Min Minutes, you can also chose the time format and chose time interval click on Generate Report Button.

26 Now you can see Land mark Report of your vehicles. On the upper left corner you can see a rectangular box with the description of vehicle, land mark name and duration of stay in front of them. On upper right corner you will see Printer icon which enable you to make print out and disk icon which helps you to save this report on your PC. Down the rectangular box you can see detailed information like Landmark name, Time arrived, Time Departed, Duration of Stay, etc If report requested is for longer period, you may see different page numbers in lower left corner, just click on page numbers to proceed further.

27 Geomama Vehicle Tracking Administration

28 GeoMama Vehicle tracking system gives you authority to create different users, assigned different rights and security level. To Different administration tasks first roll-over mouse to Administration, from sub menu select the task you want to perform. Now we will learn how to perform different administration tasks. 1) Creating Users To create user roll-over mouse to Administration, from sub menu select Manage User than select Add Users, create user name> Select User Type( Select Admin if you want to assign admin right otherwise select Limited if you want to give limited access to user) >Fill all the information and click on Add Button or Cancel. Now new user is created. 2. User Management Now you created one user, to mange that user and define different tasks roll-over mouse to Administration, from sub menu select User Management Click on Edit under user to add, delete or change any information like password etc. To assign particular Group or vehicle (Please see creating groups Below) Click on Edit under vehicle and Check the particular group or vehicle. To deactivate user temporally, just press yes under Active. To delete particular user, simply click on delete link under Delete.

29 3. Creating Groups You can create a group of vehicles out of your all vehicles. For example you have 500 vehicles; you want to assign them by their make. Roll-over mouse to Administration, from sub menu select Manage Groups than click on Add Group. Enter group name, group description and area of operation, than check on vehicles you want to add in that group, click save. Now you can see the group which you just created. 4. Managing Groups To manage your group of vehicles, Roll-over mouse to Administration, from sub menu select Manage Groups than click on Group Management. Now you can see Group Name and other information in table. To add, Delete or Change the Vehicles in group Click Edit Under Vehicles, Now check or uncheck the check box in front of vehicle name, To deactivate user temporally, just press yes under Active and to delete particular group just click on Delete under Delete 5. Sub-User Login. Sub users have separate interface. To Log in as Sub User type in address bar. Now let s take example to make it clearer: A new user is been created at Geo and Logic For Mr. Ahmed, and ahmed is the user name for that user, Geo and logic Admin USER NAME is GNL now when Ahmed want to login the account he will enter ahmed@gnl and then he will enter his password which was assigned to him by administrator. Now Mr. Ahmed can access only that vehicle s information which was assigned to him. 6. Driver Management With GeoMama vehicle tracking it is very easy to manage your drivers to do driver management task roll-over mouse to Administration, from sub menu select Manage Driver. To add drivers roll-over mouse to Administration, from sub menu select Manage Driver than

30 select Add Driver Enter driver name, Contact and other information like emergency contact you can also attach different kind of documents like photo, driver license etc. Click on browse and select the document you want to attach. You can also assigned particular vehicle to that driver, and it you can also see that driver information while browsing through that vehicle for example in Quick Status To Browse, Modify or delete driver just roll over mouse to Administration from sub menu select Manage Drivers than Driver management, Now you can see all the information of particular driver. You can also modify or delete any information. 7. Logout To logout from the system just click on logout on last option of the menu I.e. LOGOUT

Just go to Quick Status and you will see at the end of vehicle details table Immobilization in front of every vehicle you can see Disable and Enable. Just click on any of the link to Enable or Disable vehicle. When you click Disable, the vehicle will not stop until the driver turn off Ignition, after turning ignition off, Driver will not be able to start it again until you enable it again. b) Fuel Cut Disabling Fuel cut can disable the vehicle any time anywhere. For fuel cut disabling you have to call us on our 24/7 call center. We will disable it when we will see that vehicle is in safe position to disable. It is highly recommended to fuel cut disable vehicle when it is safe place to avoid serious accident. 4) GeoMama Mobile You can check your all vehicles by login to your account through any hand held device. Just go to mobile.geomama.com from you mobile and access you vehicle information.
