Information about the route is visualized graphically on the electronic map in the Map section and in text format in Track list section. It includes data for travel distance, average speed, maximum speed, stops and rests, etc.

25 Real Time Vehicle Location Smart Tracker features Real Time Vehicle Status, which provides instant information about a vehicle s current location and status. Real time status, including data about current location, speed, engine status, fuel level, etc. can be visualized instantly for a single or multiple vehicles at the same time.

26 Monitoring of Vehicle Speed The speed of a vehicle can be easily monitored in graphic and text format in SmartTracker client application as well as in the Reports Section.

27 Monitoring Fuel The measurement of fuel is a feature that allows SmartTracker s users to monitor the fuel tank level and fuel consumption of a vehicle or a group of vehicles and to prevent potential theft. The figure bellow illustrates a representation of fuel level and consumption as well as the idle time of a vehicle.

28 Regions and Objects Regions/polygons and objects can be drawn on the electronic map by the user for vehicle control purposes. This feature contributes significantly to the process of vehicle tracking and control related to specific places, for example gas stations, shops, outlets, etc. A custom picture can be inserted at the location of the object for easier recognition. 29 Rules for Motion through a Predefined Region Once the client has defined an Object or Region, she can easily design custom business rules for control of vehicle movement with regard to the object/region. RULES Vehicle Can not Leave Region 1 Vehicle Can not Enter Region 2 Vehicle is Allowed to Stop at Region 3 EXAMPLES If you want to limit the vehicle movement only in a town area you can define a town as a Region 1 and design a Rule The Vehicle Can not Leave Region 1. With this rule you will receive an alarm (SMS, or message in alarm window) if the vehicle leave the Region 1. Also you will see it in a special designed report for past period. This report will show you all the broken rules predefined by you. If you want to forbid vehicle to visit the driver home zone. You can define driver home zone as Region 2 and set a rule The vehicle Can not Enter the Region 2. The result will be that you will be notified by SmartTracker Alarm (SMS, or message in alarm window) section in cases when the driver doesn t follow your instructions and visit his home with business car. This will be included in the report also. If you want to permit a vehicle to reload fuel only in OMV gas stations and stops only at your stores you can define as Objects (O1, 02.. O10) all OMV gas stations and places for stop, and set a rule The vehicle Allowed to Stop at O1, O2, O10. The result will be that if a vehicle stop at place different from predefined you will be notified by alarm (SMS, or message in alarm window). Also the broken rule will be registered in a special designed report.

30 Rules Defined by Customers as a Control Tool Rules & Examples RULES Vehicle Maximum Speed Mileage Notification Driver Work Time Maximum Mileage per Day EXAMPLES If you want to control vehicle maximum speed you can set a Rule Vehicle Max Speed = 90 (kilometers per hour). If the driver exceeds 90 kilometers per hour you will be receive an Alarm about this event. Also it will be included in a report about broken rules. If you want to change filter every kilometers you can use the SmartTracker to remind you about it. You just have to set the Rule Mileage Notification every kilometers When the vehicle exceeds kilometers you will receive a reminder and report about this event. If you want to control the drivers/vehicle work time you can define the work days of week and time period. If the driver drives the vehicle after or before the work time or in a holidays you will receive an alarm and report about this events. If you want to control the maximum mileage per day you just have to set the Rule Max Mileage per Day. If the driver drives more than predefined number of hours you will be notified by an alarm and report.

31 Features for Grouping of Vehicles Smart Tracker supports listing of vehicles in a tree-like structure that allows the user to easily add and edit groups of vehicles.
